“If you are coming from I-5 take exit french camp and gps will take you to B st but dont go to that take turn on Alitalia ave and staples gate will be on your right first warehouse on that street hop in and gurad will check you in if you are delivering got to the back side and before docks receiving door is there ring door bell door opens and she ll check you in if you are on appointment time they ll give u door right away if not they ll ask to wait or give door if they have but first in first out according to appointment time once got door dont slide tendems once unloaded they ll give u paperwork at your door they normally take haf hour or 45 min depends”

“Paramajeet was the most Outstanding Employee I have worked with at this store! Other employees (the younger girl). Never help tape an item as Paramajeet had done for me! She printed my mailing label and my receipt and disposed of the large box that Amazon had sent it in. “This is an exceptional small business owned by a wonderful family. I came to this store looking for custom shirts for my restaurant. Excellent communication and fast responses. They were willing to work with me around my schedule. Upon arrival, they were actually on their own break, and they dropped everything to help me. All the terms and time-frame were clearly stated to me, and they had numerous choice of brands and colors for every budget. They they even do embroidery! Their attention to detail is immaculate! They always review every detail of the design with you until and modify it until it is perfect. They don't push out low quality products for the sake of time. If you need custom shirts or embroidery, this is the spot!”

“I came here to return purchases. I wasn’t aware I had to print return labels. I thought they will just scan bar code and the return labels will print. Nope. I had to email them (FedEx) the return labels . Thanks to MARISOL. She did all the work. She showed me how to do it for future returns. This is a plus! Especially for senior citizens who are not technology savvy. I also noticed, welcoming staff. Thank you!”

“I have been coming to this UPS for the past 12 years and with new ownership this place looks so much cleaner and welcoming. This past week, we went to Disneyland and I forgot my prescription glasses. Moms out there understand how stressful it can be packing for your entire family. Therefore, I had my daughter-in-law shipped it overnight ($132.64) which did not arrive until the morning we were leaving (5th day). I took the unopen package in store and spoke to the manager.
