“My Yamaha Upright U1E piano move was scheduled on one of the hottest days in California. We're all suffering triple digit temperatures so I commend the team who moved my piano so carefully. Their communication is excellent. From scheduling, to narrowing down the 3-hour window, to courtesy calling me 15 minutes before arrival, to focusing on the task at hand, I felt 110% confident that my piano would be handled with utmost care. I live on the second floor, with a balcony and concrete stairs. The team handled it so well, from the manner in which they protected the piano with heavy blankets secured with strapping, to the step-by-step communication in which they navigated every step. I joked with them about moving pianos in Hong Kong, where they use a crane to move the piano out and lower it down into the truck. They affirmed they occasionally use a crane as well. This is a professional moving company. Their heavy blankets are all matching, the strapping is strong and in good shape, and the team is dressed in uniform. I would highly recommend Encore Piano Moving in a heartbeat for your piano moving needs.”

I researched movers and quickly learned that you can't really compare quotes - for example: one major mover was a lot cheaper, but charged a fortune for insurance! And when you check the reviews on any of them, you'll find horror stories.I learned something else - the local agents on either end matter more than than the national brand. And most local agents have terrible reviews.Except for this one. You'll see many positive reviews that mention Abby - and they are all true. She was patient with my questions, very responsive, and gave me what I felt was honest and sound advice. So I decided to trust her.She and her crews were amazing. If you were to imagine the perfect move - it still wouldn't match my experience.The crews on both sides (loading and unloading) were amazing - fast, efficient and obviously careful with my property. The auto transport went perfectly. They beat the promised delivery times on both the car and my property - by days. There was nothing missing and no damage. I'm still in shock as to how everything went exactly or better than promised.Mind you, they aren't cheap. But they were worth every penny.”
