About Office Depot Print & Copy Services

Office Depot Print & Copy Services is a reliable and customer-focused business that provides a range of printing and copying services. Based on the reviews, the business has received mixed feedback, with some customers expressing disappointment with the pricing and customer service, while others have had positive experiences. One customer had an issue with the pricing of a cardboard box, where they were initially quoted $25 for a single box, but later found a set of five boxes priced at $8.99 each. The customer was initially dissatisfied with the response from the employees, but the general manager, Thomas, was able to resolve the issue and provide the customer with the better deal. Another customer had a positive experience when they needed to make copies and have posters printed. The copy center staff was described as "super friendly" and "fast & friendly," and the prices were reasonable. The customer was also pleased to find that the business offers great online coupons. A third customer had a positive experience when they needed to print a PDF for a memorial card. They were initially directed to a more expensive option through a third-party service, but upon visiting Office Depot, they were assisted by Lyrell, who was described as "knowledgeable and patient." Lyrell was able to fix an issue with the design and provide the customer with a choice between matte or gloss finish, all at a lower cost than the initial option. Overall, while there have been some instances of poor customer service, the reviews suggest that Office Depot Print & Copy Services is a reliable and customer-focused business that offers a variety of printing and copying services at reasonable prices. The positive experiences highlight the dedication and expertise of the staff, particularly in resolving issues and providing personalized assistance to customers.
