Nyla or Nia was the Phlebotomist that drew my blood and she was great. I hate needles and didn’t feel a prick. She was very very kind and friendly. I will definitely go back to her for blood draws

The touch screen check in is ok until I get to the insurance part. I am unable to get the (Medicare w Blue shield secondary) cards' info entered. Now I just indicate there is no insurance then let the phlebotomist handle it.
