Soccer City on Waterloo Rd in Stockton is a fantastic find for athletes, especially soccer enthusiasts. The staff here are incredibly helpful and genuinely invested in assisting you. They have a great selection of sports equipment, with a clear focus on soccer – you'll find plenty of soccer balls, agility ladders, soccer ball bags, and other essentials for players. I even managed to pick up a volleyball here! While some prices can be a little high, the excellent service and specialized inventory make it a worthwhile stop.”

“I’m only taking one star off because the ladies at the register seemed like they just didn’t wanna be there… Their demeanor was very frustrated and they just looked annoyed… I can understand them being under pressure because of holiday returns and what not, but Matthew was their saving grace! His Customer Service skills are beyond reproach and he’s a very nice person. That guy needs a raise… He just needs to remember to breathe. There’s a lot going on and he got a little bit, distracted, but other than that, he was awesome. The store is very well organized and clean. I recommend shopping there.”

“I believe I had spoken to Gabby today about some issues I was having with an in store delivery. She went above and beyond with helping me, she did everything in her power to help me. She was polite and friendly, which was a huge thing for me. I know working customer service can be challenging at times but she really took her time explaining things and finding out more information for me as well. I had to get off of the phone slightly abruptly and when I called back an hour later another associate I believe her name is Issa (but I'm not completely sure) has answered the phone and was able to recognize my situation and actually knew about my problem as well. These two associates were amazing and I hope they get some type of recognition. It really meant a lot how patient they were, especially in a time like this.”

“I had an amazing experience at Fleet Feet Stockton thanks to Aiden. I originally bought a pair of shoes at the Elk Grove location and tried to return them at the Modesto store, but they weren’t able to process the return — and they accidentally kept my receipt.
I stopped by the Stockton store as my last hope, and Aiden went above and beyond. He immediately reached out to the Elk Grove location to help retrieve a digital copy of my receipt so I could finally return the shoes. He was patient, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me solve the issue, even though it wasn’t a problem caused by his store.
