Not the 1st time this has happened but I thought I would give them another chance. This time went in to get some chains cut. After waiting 10 minutes for help, I was told only 1 person is authorized to cut the chain and they were in S&R but "on there way now". After 20 mins, no one. When I asked for a status update the clerk that was in the area brushed me off. Lowes...here I come.

Ordered and paid cash for a Whirlpool washer and dryer and pedestals. When delivery came they wouldn't install the pedestals because they said the installation fee had not been given on the order. I went to the store and the manager of the day sai they would take care of it. Today a private installation company they ordered would not install the pedestal because they said it would ruin the machine being turned on it's back.So I went to the store again and sat there for an hour while the manufacturer was contacted and Home Depot .com was contacted. The result was that a "Casey" would contact me before tomorrow end of day to arrange a "special team" to come install the pedestals. All this after I asked them to come get the washer and exchange it for another so they could install the pedestal before removing packing from the machine! By the way, this was the last day I could request a return!Sounds to me like a major failure of Whirlpool/Maytag and a non commitment by Home Depot!!!!What a crock of BS!!! Customer pays over $2000 for a product and gets the shaft by the manufacturer and the dealer! The only honesty was the installer Temco who said he didn't want to ruin the machine by installing the pedestal.The biggest error was the HD salesman who didn't do an installation order for the pedestals.!!!The bottom line is that I have not received good customer service and I am by no means finished with dealing with this issue! I will take it as far as I can to get resolved to my satisfaction!!!!!!!!!!!

Working here at this location sucked overall. Randy is the coolest guy there in management. There is sexism and unequal distribution of work between men and women in certain departments. As a guy I felt that I was working twice as hard as the females for equal or less pay. Coworkers would barely say hello unless you were in their little break room click. The store manager ran the place like it was the marine corps and ran the store off of fear. There are "Junior wannabe managers" that think they are actual managers walking around with their chest puffed out like they are Home Depot's finest. Favoritism is overt and obvious.

Set an apt. Went there was no one there that could help. Person who was suppose to be there not for an entire week! Told no one there to help with cabinets for 3 more days. All these people wandering around and then told no one that knows the system or in store to do anything for 3 days?

I am having a bathroom remodeled so initially I've gone to this location to get many supplies that are needed for the remodeling project I've probably already spent over 2k so far.However over a month agoWhen I needed to order a small slider window (which they should have in stock)Not a custom size window I was told it would take 3-4 weeks to arrive. I was willing to wait a month since there was other work that could be done while waiting for it to arrive. Well the 4weeks came and went first I call in and they say it's scheduled to arrive one week past when they said it would be arriving But that this was just an "estimated" time of arrival. Meanwhile the project is stalled waiting on this window, my contractor has already scheduled with me to get the project completed And waiting on this window is costing me hundreds of dollars. I called again and the manager tells me it should arrive in another 10 days.Home depot will not allow you to cancel the order after 3 days of placing the order. I understand giving their vendors time to ship the order but making customers and projects wait longer than 6weeks is just unacceptable. I feel if Home depot Vendors can not deliver product to their customers in a timely manner. Home depot needs to find better local vendors who can get orders delivered sooner,Or offer something to the customer for extended waiting.I will never special order anything from Home depotAgain because of this.Great store if they have what you need but definitely NOT ok if you need them to order something for you, and especially if your project has a completion time frame.Do NOT special order anything from Home deopt Unless you have unlimited time to wait for your order.Next time I'll just find a small local shop to order through Chances are they'll be more appreciative for the business and have what I need delivered in a more timely fashion.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. This place has terrible service!!!!!!!! On hold for 30 minutes was told that they had two trailers available. We live 3 minutes away. Went there they had zero. Much easier to just go to UHaul.

Don't order appliances from here. They pay their delivery teams very little for their work. Home Depot charges a customer $40 to haul away an old appliance and only pays the worker $2 per person. They don't charge the customer for fridge install which is nice but in return they don't pay the worker to install. They only give the delivery pay for fridges which is the same for each delivery no matter what they deliver which equates to a little less than $8 per person. For a microwave install the delivery team will get about $8 for delivery and $8 for install when the customer is charged nearly $130 for a microwave install + $40 to haul away old unit. Dishwashers pay the team member less than $15 each for install, $8 for delivery and charge the customer $178 + $40 to haul away old unit.

I'm at Home Depot right now in flooring department , I've been waiting almost 30min also my wife is at home calling them at the same time no answer!!!!! Same ol Home Depot!!!!! We spent over 7000.00 dollars on flooring . The job was supposed to be a three day job we started in may of this year and as of today 10/03/22!!!! They really f***** up and this location feather River in Stockton is the worst in customer service!!! Ever accept for Mike in the cos department everyone else I give a -20!!!!! There was a short Latina lady that was cert nice but that's it.......
