“I just wanna shout out Kevin over at Caliber Collision He and his team for getting my car taken care of. My rims and tires were stolen and he was on it immediately. Had everything at the shop that was needed for my car by the next day. It was finished within a few days! He was very communicative, which I really appreciate. It’s not always like that. So it’s always a great feeling having someone who’s first priority at work is taken care of his customers. I had just gotten my car two weeks prior to this event and he definitely kept me in the loop always about what the next step for my car would. Even with my insurance as well as good options for how to get the car there. Definitely recommend him to help you with any of your car needs. I’m going be coming back to here for any future work. I even told my family to take their car there if you do ever have any car issues because Kevin is on it! Everyone is really nice inside of the office as well. “I have a 2014 Ram 2500 4x4 with a Rambox and dealer prep with the Puck tow package.
The truck had a Mopar M20 hitch (Curt Q20) Mated to Road Armor Lippert TrailAir Pinbox. Was unable to find any dealership with the knowledge or ability to resolve the height problem from using the Reese Sidewinder.
The Reese sidewinder is the fix for towing a 5th wheel with the Rambox but there is no “out of the box” fix for the trailer height at the pinbox on a 4x4.
This brings me to the Hitch House and the expert custom service from Larry and his service team. Larry researched the correct receiver needed and worked with the trailer mfgr prior to modifying the assembly for the new pinbox so as it would tow level. This effort took many hours of research and calls to ensure the modification would work.
The final result is a working hitch that rides level and no longer binds when turning.
I could not be more happier with the support, service and fair pricing in resolving my problem.
I recommend The Hitch House to anyone needing great service and custom work. I will continue to use them in the future!

They tell you everything you need to know about your car so you get the best out of that initial quote stage. Once you do and get your needs met you will not want to go anywhere else. “I was referred to come here by G&C Auto in Lodi and I am so so pleased with my experience at this shop! I came to them with an odd job of removing large possum from my car, it wasn’t an easy job, they had to remove a lot of parts to get to it and the possum was very decayed. They were super transparent about the work involved, pricing and advising me on next steps after removal of the animal. They even referred me to a business to get the car cleaned properly after removal and to come back and make sure my car is safe to drive after the removal. When I took my car to Rick's Bruce at the front desk and his team took care of me without a diagnostics fee at what is half the price of the former place. And now my car runs much better.
