“I called and asked for a replacement tire and within 2 minutes they had an answer for me: they were the only ones in town with my tire size. When i got there i asked them for additional service which i had forgot to request over the phone and they were glad to help! I needed my entire passenger set of lugnuts replaced and a used tire. The tire was great condition with alot of tread and from my experience most other shops in town arent as willing to sell you brand new lugnuts. Thank you for your speedy service! From the time of my call to finished repair was about 30 minutes and that includes my drive to them”
“I went in to get one of my tires patched. I ended up buying all 4 tires plus rims. The tires were used but were in mint conditon. The rims are also in really good shape. I paid a really good price for everything. Joe is a straight forward guy. Very honest very respectful.The whole time I was talking with Joe he always had a smile on his face. I will be doing business with joe for a long time. Very affordable place if your looking to purchase new or used tires. Joe works with your budget and does not try to over sell you anything. I highly recommend this place.”

“Recently the check engine light came on in my car and it started running really rough. The first place I took my car to wanted to charge me a diagnostics fee prior to repairing my car.
When I took my car to Rick's Bruce at the front desk and his team took care of me without a diagnostics fee at what is half the price of the former place. And now my car runs much better.
If your car is in need of service I cannot give a higher recommendation for Rick's. I know I'll be returning for their services.”

“Called and stopped by a couple of other auto shops in the area prior for AC REPAIR. I'm SO GLAD I made one more call and found this place. Loch was very sincere over the phone and explained what he would need to look over before quoting daignostics. The diagnostic prices were VERY VERY REASONABLE. (This is from my having over 25 years experience getting repair quotes from auto dealerships, mom and pop shops, to backyard mechanics all over the country and outside the United States!!)
On arrival, a couple of other customers were in line, but as soon as he got my info he was able to bring my car in. Within 30-40 minutes he and his team were able to pinpoint the problem areas. Loch thoroughly explained the workings of the AC system as well as gave advice on what needed to be maintained on my particular vehicle to keep it running longer. Needless to say my AC is NOW working ICE COOL after recharging refrigerant!
I lucked out this time as I know AC repairs can get pretty expensive, but I would DEFINITELY come see this repair shop ANYTIME for future repairs. Honest and Trustworthy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“To kind not to share! Honestly! I was driving with my mother and my daughter to AZ from Oregon in my mom’s jeep and she’s like look at my headlights they been doing that on and off lately! And what was happening was they were flickering and turning off for a sec while we were driving at night and let’s just say it was terrifying! So now it’s finally day light making our way through Cali and I found this shop off I-5 and gave them a call, told them what was going on etc . Even know he was super busy he said we could just swing by and take a look anyways for us ! Seriously we couldn’t have been more thankful we were turned down 3times before this call btw ! We get there about 30mins later he comes out knows what the problem was immediately! Pulls the bulbs and explains how someone gave her brighter lights without a converting the whole set up for those lights! He happens to have the ones she will need puts them in and didn’t even charge her! So Rodney Tripp you sir will forever be remembered and we are forever grateful for ur help ! Thank u for insuring us on the rest of our trip to AZ ! Now we can safely get to AZ by tonight because of you !! Honestly the fact that you were clearly busy and did this for complete strangers and out of state even says a lot! We would give more then 5stars if we could! THANK YOU !”

Recommended by the outfit we buy our vehicles from and they were spot on - these folks run a tidy professional business and make sure their ducks are properly lined up before starting the job ensuring the final results are a completely satisfied customer who appreciates honest direct feedback and service.
They handled the extended warranty to save us time and energy plus provided the appropriate suggestions on how to (or not) handle off-road environments when rogue urges strike in what was perceived to be a vehicle capable of such departures from common sense.
Admonishments aside, Joe has old school charm, charisma and speaks both in professional and layman's language making it easy for all to follow the dialog, sprinkled with anecdotal references to keep the conversation light and entertaining.
This is the place everyone can feel comfortable knowing you'll get treated respectfully and with the expectation work will be executed expeditiously and within budget.

“I had my motorhome wheel alignment done at Hewitt. From the very start Tony treated me as a valued customer. First his team drove it to ensure no other issues are present, and then they proceeded with the service. At the time I was picking the motorhome, Tony had one of the mechanics (Thank you Jose) drive with me to check on my driving style. Tony recommended to install Safety-Plus. I wanted to do it myself, but due to time considerations I asked them to do it. Again they surpassed my expectations. They needed to manufacture a custom U-bolt and they did it on the spot. The owner is honest and employees do the great work, this is how America should be. I wanted to add that I had my first camping trip and the motorhome drove straight and stable. Major improvement in stability.”

Robles auto repair is the first place I saw and by far the best mechanics I didn’t have to go through any hassle I brought my car to them my timing belt snapped off we bought a used engine the guys motor swapped it buying new parts and cleaning ever inch of the engine really detailed work 1000/10 rate for this shop and customer service was great these guys really go above and beyond there suggestions are gonna be the best ones they really look out for you and your car needs”
“I posted a review with Carmax detailing the professionalism and honesty Phil provided during my oil change. While changing the oil he discovered my tires were basically falling apart and a safety issue. His recommendation to replace the two front tires that same day was supported by Les Schwab. Knowing that I was about to do some highway driving that day, Phil could have very well saved my life by telling me about the ill condition of the tires. There was no profit made and that shows his integrity. Well done Mr Phil. I am a customer for life.”
“this is a review many years in the making. recently had to go to stockton for something and came out to old west ln. i guess valley diff isn't there any longer. but pleased to see they are still in stockton. i took my 1996 chevrolet impala SS to get new diff put in many moons ago. at the time i was living in oakland; some folks referred me to miles saying he's best in the biz. i remember miles being a kind fella and easy to talk to. definitely got my supersport right. these days i'm in sacramento, and i still have my super sport. i know if i need to get something done for the rear end, i'll definitely give miles a call.”
