“Zee and Sam at the Tire Palace came to my rescue last week when I was stranded by en ex that vandalized my car and tried to trap me by placing boots on my car. I was way out of town when this occurred, leaving me in an unsafe situation, and these men showed up during their closing time without any hesitation. They removed the boot and even provided a replacement wheel so I could drive over an hour back home.
These are the type of men that make you feel safe and restore your faith in humanity. Super professional, genuine and trustworthy.

“Had a good experience getting my car worked on here. The damage wasn’t anything major, but I still wanted it fixed properly and they did a nice job with it. The staff was easy to talk to and explained what needed to be done without making things confusing. My car looked much better when I picked it up and everything seemed to be working just fine. The work took a little time, but that was expected. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out and would consider coming back if I ever need body work again.”
“These guys might be good mechanics but they're not very good communicators. Just remember if you want some work done with these guys you need to go and drive to their shop it's really hard to get a hold of them by phone and impossible by email.
I am going to give a new review after my truck is fixed. Their prices are really good and if their work is as good then I'd have to say they're a great shop to use. I've been working on cars since I was 13 years old and I can tell you as a fact that it's really hard to find a good mechanic here in Stockton”
“This past week had my 2012 Honda Civic rear brakes fixed and Harry was really professional, patient and very clear over the phone letting me know that it wasn’t just the brake shoes and hardware that needed replacing but everything needed to be replaced for my drum brakes, he quoted me on the options for my car and met the turn around time of when my car will be ready and my car has been braking smoothly once again. I will highly recommend anyone who needs service on their brakes, tires etc. for their vehicle at this place they have an awesome team.”

“Best motorcycle shop in town. Leo took care of me. I ordered rims and tires through him and he painted and mounted my front fender and set up my forks for a 23 in. He was very thorough and honest about things that needed to get done and they got everything done very fast. I highly recommend Cal Tire for all your motorcycles.”

“Americas tire is my favorite shop and this happens to be my favorite location. They're good at price matching, usually have the tires I want, and I get in and out a lot faster than a lot of tire places. I used to order from Costco but America's Tire matches that price (you'll pay a little for installation) and you get rotations and patch ups free of charge. On top of that, you're not going to spend the day here, even if you're a walk in. The most I've waited is still under an hour, and that's when I walked in without an appointment. I will continue buying the tires for my vehicles here!”

“The Stockton team was amazing. We went in for two tires and a wheel alignment. There was a minor setback as we made the appointment online and paid but for some reason their system was unable to find it so Devon handled the situation like a pro. Since I was not physically in the store he allowed us to leave with the vehicle and said that if the IT department could not resolve the issue I could just pay over the phone which is not part of their policy of things to do simply because of fraud and people calling their banks claiming there is a dispute with the charges. As a business owner myself I understand their position but based on me doing business with them frequently I believe my word was gold to them and true gentleman fashion at the end of the day when Devon called me I answered and paid my bill as promised. It all started with Jesus who was also amazing and Devon finished things off strong after a bumpy start. My business Is definitely there to stay with Americas Tire.”
“Dennis was excellent. I originally came in with a flat tire on my Tesla, and during the inspection they noticed the tread was very low and recommended replacing the tires. After they repaired the flat, I left planning to compare prices and come back later.
On the drive home, my wife and I talked and decided to return that same day. The level of customer service, along with the tire warranty, made the decision easy. Even though the tires weren’t in stock and had to be brought in from another location, I was in and out in under 1.5 hours.
Superb customer service. I’ll definitely be bringing my Chevy Volt in for new tires this summer.”
