“Honestly, I've been to several T Mobile locations for several different issues, and they are minimally helpful. Not so with this location. Other T Mobile stores and even the help line kept asking for a 6 digit pin that I think they must've just assigned to me because I only would've chosen my birthday. Thats the only thing I would've remembered. Or they didn't let me choose my birthday? Either way, I didn't have a 6 digit pin #. Rafi IS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE. He was the only person who said you can give them the last 4 digits of your social. Had the call center told me I could give the last 4 of my social or the other T Mobile store told me I could tell them the last 4 of my social that would have saved me soooooooo much time and heart ache. Rafi really wanted to help. Some of the other employees really wanted to help. I GOT MY PHONE REPLACED! Other T Mobile Stores I kept begging and begging and then leaving in frustration. This store actually helped me! Thank you!”

“I switched from Comcast and couldn't be happier. XO Communications worked with my building to plan the install and once installed, the gigabit fiber is awesome. My interactions with customer service were great and the installers Larry Moore and Wayne Tzeng were super friendly and really know there stuff. I wish they could have stayed longer to talk but they already spent several hours getting the building ready. Wayne, hope you had a great trip to Japan! Highly recommend XO Communications!”

I had purchased my phone online since I couldn't find it at other locations, but I was having issues activating and purchasing insurance as they were not able to do it over the phone with boost. I went over here because I saw they had good reviews and Karina was wonderful and helped me out tremendously. She had to jump through some hoops, but she was able to activate and insure my phone to my satisfaction. They are definitely the location to go to if you need to go in store for anything.
