“Stopped by this location because I got a new Boost phone online and when I tried to activate over the phone the person told me that the SIM card that was shipped with the phone wasn't compatible with the phone, that I need to get another SIM card. I stopped by Boost to buy another SIM, but the employer there was able to activate my phone with the SIM sent to me and within 2 mins. Excellent service and obviously very knowledgeable employee. Will definitely come back to this location if I have any new phone to activate or any phone problems.”

My interactions with customer service were great and the installers Larry Moore and Wayne Tzeng were super friendly and really know there stuff.
