But he works in the Philippines call center, and this guy knocked it out of the park for us today. I want all the managers to get on this. I want all the CE OS to look at the way this kid does it. “Fantastic store with professional and knowldeable agents! They saved me! My wallet and phone had been stolen, getting anything done was next to impossible. My resources were limited to a lifeline tablet, and a few dollars. The agent listened to my dilemma, assessed my situation, connected me with the department needed to verify my identity, and got me all set to get back into operation for only $45.00. I could have done it for $10 (cost of a new sim), but I paid the $35 (Boost fee for swapping devices in store) to have them do it. Boost has my loyalty because of this store.”
