“Amazing service! We first went to another location in Olympic and Western but the employee was very rude and ended telling us that we can go to another phone company...
Then, we tried this location to change phones. We were attended by Hoover. Amazing guy, great service, very cordial and friendly, and process was smooth. But he works in the Philippines call center, and this guy knocked it out of the park for us today. I want all the managers to get on this. I want all the CE OS to look at the way this kid does it. I want everybody to get onboard and look at this kid, this kid is amazing. He gets the job done. He satisfies the customers. He gets you the best deal, and he deals with like crabby. “I switched from Comcast and couldn't be happier. XO Communications worked with my building to plan the install and once installed, the gigabit fiber is awesome. My interactions with customer service were great and the installers Larry Moore and Wayne Tzeng were super friendly and really know there stuff.
