“Had a T1 circuit far longer than we should have ($279/mo overpay for 1.5mbps). They insist we return the ancient T1 router or they will charge us $850 for something that is $50 or less on ebay. No one even uses T1 anymore. Pure greed policy and not reasonable at all. I wrote in about this before they charged me and they never bothered to reply. Update: Rep called me and erased fees. So they get upgraded to 4 stars for having some people that care. They blamed automated procedures and software which sounds reasonable. Wanted to know email that didn't respond to look into fixing this problem in future. Happy with end result.”
