“The owner of this location is amazing. I went to Universal Studios for Mother’s Day and unfortunately left my keys in the hotel. The hotel was supposed to drop my keys off at the store and ended up not doing so or informing me. Being that I had already paid for a label and was missing work I was frantically searching for ways to get my package to the store. In the last attempt I asked if a worker could pick it up and Ryan went out of his way during rush hour for them to ensure my package made it before the next day air truck arrived. My package is on its way and I won’t have to miss another day at work. As a fellow UPS store employee for a San Jose, Ca location it is refreshing to see such great customer service and willingness to help someone in need. I would give them 100 stars if I could. I highly recommend them for all your business.”
