The staff are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable — they always take the time to make sure packages are packed right and sent the best way possible. They offer a variety of services beyond just shipping, which makes it really convenient for errands.

The store itself is clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Prices are fair, and I’ve always had a smooth, quick experience here. It’s so much easier than dealing with the big post office, and the customer service feels way more personal.

“This place is great!
It's more than just mailboxes, shipping and receiving. The service provided related to mailboxes includes taking in packages from big shippers like u p s and fedex and holding those packages for you to pick up. This is really convenient If you don't want your packages stolen from your porch, or if you're on vacation and can't get to your packages for a short time, this is a great option. There are different mailboxes, and each costs a different amount but that gets you all of the things I described above.
Besides, mailboxes the proprietor also has a golf simulator to try out, clubs sold here.
That's not all.
There's t shirts, sports memorabilia, and a beauty kiosk set up in the corner for men and women that is an entirely different business.
This business has been open for years and the gentlemen that runs it is friendly and extremely helpful.
Did I mention the brownies and cookies? Oh yeah, there are fantastic brownies and cookies here.”

“This has been my mailbox for years and they have always been attentive and treated me, my mail and packages with great care!! One occasion when I was running late they even stayed past closing to allow me to pick up an important package.”

“I have been a customer since 2007 and my review is based on the fact that I too am a business owner and, like me, these owners are investing their time and efforts into this business to hopefully make a profit some day. The original owners (Vince & Doris) were very sweet and wonderful to their customers and I always enjoyed chatting with them. But they also let the place became run down and out dated and never increased the pricing for Box Rentals. Then in 2021 a new owner who was just as nice and friendly made some good changes to the interior of the business but was not able to make the changes needed to become profitable and sold it the next year. Dee, the new owner, has done what any smart business person would do, she increased the rentals rates to current values. At first I was upset. I mean, I was expecting a price increase because this place was well below the going rate for PO Box rentals. But a 300% increase was hard to swallow. I have another PO Box in Woodland Hills and was paying even more for the same size box so I knew the increase was not unreasonable. Other places in Burbank were very similar to the new prices so it was hard to argue that she was price gouging. Naturally, some customers would leave and that is a chance any owner takes. I have taken the time to get to know Dee who is very kind and hard working. Again, I'm writing this review as a fellow business owner who understands that hard decisions sometimes need to made in order to stay in business. Raising the rates and enforcing US Postal laws was an unpopular move but one that had to be made. Seriously, she has done an amazing job of sprucing up the place and bringing in gift items and other services. The place is bright and welcoming and offers so much more than before. This little business has really been turned around and I wish her all the best and much success!”

“It saddens me to see that this UPS Store has closed. I was their second customer (Box 102) when moved into my home here in Burbank. That was almost 18 years ago. Sal was amazing. As others have said he was always super helpful and super friendly. I've had some great conversations there with him popping in late in the evening to pick up my mail. I will miss these guys. I have no idea what happened but I wish them well..Meanwhile I am moving on to Earthclass Mail.”
