They picked up car ar 8.45 am and it was back at home by 11.45 am same day. Excellent work done as well. “Quote over the phone was actually less than in person. Repair was quick. Seemed to take a minute to get their attention when I say where they told me as people came in and out. But, when I asked, I was informed they didn't forget about me. Lol, I think it's was more of a misunderstanding from a busy business than bad customer service, because once you're 1 on 1, customer service is excellent and no nonsense.”

“Friendliest, fairest, and most accommodating business I've encountered in many years....................and I've been around MANY, MANY years. I was in the area so I just casually stopped in to ask about a shower door alignment problem. Cindy immediately said they had a service vehicle just getting ready to leave Fairfield and asked if I would like them to stop by. I rushed home to meet them and they arrived within 10 minutes. The two service techs resolved my problem and, when one of them called the shop for charges, apparently were told, "NO CHARGE". When's the last time you got that kind of customer service from ANY business? Accu 1 Glass has ALL my future glass business and my highest recommendation.”
