“I’m so happy with my experience at Vacaville Auto Body! From the very beginning, I felt welcomed, cared for, and confident that my vehicle was in good hands. The customer service was wonderful, and the communication throughout the entire repair process was clear, timely, and reassuring.
Most importantly, the quality of the repair was outstanding. My vehicle looks beautiful, and you can truly see the care and attention to detail that went into the work. It’s not always easy dealing with the stress of having your vehicle repaired, but they made the entire experience so much easier.
Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism, kindness, and excellent work. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a body shop they can trust!”
“A rock hit my front windshield while on the freeway and what I didn't think would be that costly turned into a nightmare trying to find someone who would replace the front windshield on my 2022 Jeep Renegade. Everyone I contacted prior were charging at least $1k to get the job done. I then stumbled upon Tom's Glass Co. while looking on Google and talked to Jason. He was able to work with me and got the windshield replaced and calibrated the next day for a reasonable price that was far better than any other shop I contacted. If you looking for an excellent job on a window or windshield repair Tom's Glass Co. is the place to go. Thanks to Jason and all who helped get my Renegade back to looking new.”

“Friendliest, fairest, and most accommodating business I've encountered in many years....................and I've been around MANY, MANY years. I was in the area so I just casually stopped in to ask about a shower door alignment problem. Cindy immediately said they had a service vehicle just getting ready to leave Fairfield and asked if I would like them to stop by. I rushed home to meet them and they arrived within 10 minutes. The two service techs resolved my problem and, when one of them called the shop for charges, apparently were told, "NO CHARGE". When's the last time you got that kind of customer service from ANY business? Accu 1 Glass has ALL my future glass business and my highest recommendation.”
