O'Reilly Auto Parts in Suisun City is a local automotive parts supply chain carrying the parts, tools, and accessories customers need. The store offers services like free battery testing, wiper blade and bulb installation, Check Engine light testing, and a free Loaner Tool program. The staff are described as awesome, wonderful, professional, helpful, polite, personable, and great. Employees are known to greet customers right away and offer cheerful, free assistance, such as installing a battery. They are helpful with getting what customers need and can be personable. While one customer experienced a delay with a special order part that did not arrive by the initial promised date, the store proactively ordered another and beat the second deadline for delivery. The store is recognized for typically getting the correct part the first time and can usually obtain items they do not have in stock within 12 to 48 hours, often within the same day. It is considered the best non-dealer parts store in Solano County by a long-time customer, leading to definite return visits for future needs.
