“I am about to go on a year for my membership and I recently had trouble when it came to transferring my membership from my old car to my new car. I met with 3 different employees and one of them I met twice stating they would get it taken care of. Well I came yesterday and AGAIN. The system didn’t register my new plates. Another employee,Fernando, assisted me and even went a step further and sent me a picture that the transferor was complete.
I was ready to cancel my membership over something small, but Fernando helped me and I decided to keep it.

“Great place for a quick car wash. The young gentleman named Victor who was scrubbing the tires, and wheels did a great job and was able to scrub all the gunk, grime, and dirt that was stuck on them. The wait is probably like 25min unless it's really busy. Check it out guys very friendly and nice workers there their very polite and hard workers. I promise you you won't regret going there. LOL When we first came to Menifee, we thought their gas prices were pretty competitive. Now that we have an EV, we don't stop here as much. But I stopped here today, and the woman behind the counter still remembers me. Nice customer service.”

“No problems here. Staff is great. I don't like the customers entering where the arrows clearly are marked for exiting, it's so dangerous. They come in fast because of the corner and almost hit you as you're pulling out. I never exit at that spot because it's dangerous from the people who don't know what an arrow means.”

“Great guy and great company. Is Profesional and does a great job. I had no issues at all with Steve or his service. Best I have had since moving to the area. He also did my son's 5th wheel. Unfortunately he damaged one of the awnings during the Detailing. This was an honest mistake and takes nothing away from his service. Most detailers would not say anything and you would have to fight to get it fixed. This did not happen with Steve. He stood up and admitted he did it and is paying to have it fixed. I do not know of many companies in any industry these days that have the professionalism and Integrety to do this. For no other reason than this, everyone should use Steve. You do not find this Integrety anymore and it should be rewarded.”

“I recently went in to get my car washed, but ended up getting it detailed. It's was early morning and not extremely crowded as usual. So I didn't mind waiting a short period of time. Wow....my vehicle was done beautifully. Although the work was impressive, what impressed me more was the young man who finished my vehicle. I alway get extra to give a tip, but was having problems finding the money in my purse. The young man ask if it was a ten......not really paying attention, I said no, I just got change from the receptionist. He went on to tell me he found ten dollars on the floor and put it in the console......I was floored; I appreciated his honesty because I never realized that I had dropped money on the floor or between the seats. I wish I could remember his name, because I want your boss to know that not only was your work impeccable, you are an honorable man and it was a pleasure meeting you. I will be back and hope you are there because I want to give you a gift.”

Had some issues with my vehicle—when I drove thru the car wash, it appeared at the end at the air dry stage that what was left were little particles of sand-like flakes on my car. They patiently and graciously endeavored to help me get to the bottom of the problem. Keep up the good customer service!”
