“I searched for weeks, trying to find the specific model of BB gun online for under $200. I finally found one I got it in the mail. I was beyond excited and when I took it out of the box, it was jammed with a BB inside. I came here hoping they could fix it for me and the guy went above and beyond took the whole thing apart. Didn’t just get frustrated and say sorry it’s broken. He found the way deep in the mechanism. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable and was happy to help me. I can’t tell you how happy I am that he did. I recommend this place highly. thank you thank you thank you!!!!”

“This review is really about 3 different locations. I went to the Ontario store to start the DROS for an Echelon but they were sold out but were awesome in verifying that the Riverside store has some available but also gave me a heads up that the DROS system was down. I drove to Riverside and Steven confirmed that it was still down (not his fault). Called the Perris location, told them how I've been driving around to find an Echelon and Quan was super cool and stated he'd set one aside since they had plenty. Arrived at the Perris location with my toddler and Quan was approachable, professional, and just overall a cool dude. In and out in about 15 minutes and although I was disappointed in the circumstances of the first two stores but that in no way was the fault of the staff who had excellent customer service, I would gladly go back to any of these locations. Customer for life!”
