“It's a great pharmacy. They have a good supply, I feel like they wanna help, and it's a different feel than the bigger pharmacy. Close parking, and they have some other things like bandaids and other medical stuff, so you don't have to go elsewhere for a little thing you need. I used to get the orange soda, but now I'll grab a vitamin water, so that's good they have that. It's gets hot somedays. Anyway, thank you lotus pharmacy! C-ya next time.”
“I come here because it's closer and less traffic from Driving from Hemet to Moreno Valley Kaiser and I enjoy going to this Kaiser Murrieta and We both Come here to pickup our Pain Medication that Can't be mailed.
The Employees are so friendly and I sure don't miss Driving to Kaiser Riverside Medical Center moved to Kaiser Murrieta once they opened but I'm 100% Disabled Veteran and they don't have enough Handicapped Parking spaces and 4 different times that I drove there I had to park at the very end of the parking area and because of my Disability it's hard for me to get out of my small truck because thr car parked next to me park so close that I had to wait 30 Minutes until the Lady who parked next to me was over the White Line and yelled at for telling her to please hurry up because I was unable to get out of my truck and even gave me the Finger as she left.
Please add at least 30 more Spaces because of the limited Space for US Disabled Veteran who served 22 years in Combat in 5 different countries and shot 4 different times and a Cancer Surveyor after 14 years Cancer Free because of Kaiser.”

“The RITE Choice! I really like this Rite Aid as it's modern, squeaky clean and the staff are pretty helpful. My 55+ Dad had a moment with the self-checkout and the gentleman at the counter was patient and happy to help! The self-checkout scanners are convenient, a little odd, but convenient.
I've gotten Thrifty Ice Cream at this location and it's always a good texture, it doesn't immediately melt! It's good quality ice cream. There's a large over-the-counter section, a GNC vitamin area, and many food items. I also found a lot of make-up/cosmetic stuff. They have a little bit for everyone here. Parking is always available, this Rite Aid is near several neighborhoods.”
“I typically use Riteaid but now I have transferred all my medication to Smart Care Pharmacy. I was informed last week by riteaid my pain medication was in back order and they are unaware when they will have any in stock. I called all the main chain pharmacies with no hope Until I called this pharmacy. Smart care pharmacy was able to fill my prescription and even set up delivery for my other medication. They were so understanding and reassuring. Never again will I go anywhere else for my medications.”

“The CVS pharmacy on Newport and Bradley is our go-to spot, and it deserves a solid five stars. It's more than just a pharmacy for us; it's a one-stop-shop for prescriptions, last-minute groceries, drinks, and greeting cards. Today, we grabbed cold medicine for our daughter, and the convenience of self-checkout came in handy, despite my usual aversion to it. While we no longer use their photo development due to Walgreens having better printing machines, CVS remains unmatched in 24-hour convenience. The only gripe is the occasional slow checkout and a persistent line at the pharmacy. More pharmacists would be ideal, but the overall convenience keeps us loyal to this CVS. Five stars for being our reliable neighborhood hub!”

“I checked out other reviews on CVC Pharmacy. Personally, I've never had anyone be anything but very friendly and accommodating, and I've been there MANY times. They have a vast amount of goods to choose from. Even an assortment of grocery items and tons of candy. They have a whole array of makeup and of course all things needed for cuts and scapes or the flu. Whatever one might need for over the counter stuff. They even carry seasonal stuff, like for Halloween or Christmas or Easter. Or wine and beer if you want to celebrate nothing or everything., Plus, there's a pharmacy! Of course there is! And I've picked up many scripts there with no issues. So, I dunno, I'm giving them FIVE STARS, because, like I said, I've never had an issue. with them.”

“Unfortunately I wasn't able to pick up my medication today that isn't the pharmacist fault. The lead pharmacist Christina is still i believe to be the nicest person ever. Sometimes you win and sometimes you loose where it can potentially complicate your health. That being said although it didn't work out for me this pharmacy has amazing people and I just wanted to leave an honest comment from a person not benefiting from anything for reviewers to see.
After my experience yesterday and speaking with the board I've realized it's not my job to tell all I've realized Karma will deal. To all I hope you have a better experience than I have to those who know what they did karma will come back around and they will remember this if not hey no worries but you will see it.”

“Genuine customer service seems harder and harder to find theses days. I generally consider a good one time experience a fluke or something like that. But when it happens repeatedly by the same person, that is nothing short of great customer service.Ivy is the very pharmacist I speak of. She has a genuine love for her occupation and the people she serves. This is evident in the way she provides a personal concern in ensuring she has done all she can to make sure all my concerns are met, my questions are answered and that I don't pay more than I need to for my prescriptions.Many times I would mention my frustration over the high costs of medications. On several occasions, she would go on-line to retrieve coupons for me which would greatly lower the cost of certain medications. She would provide good sound advise so I can properly decide as to the best option for re-fills and insurance coverage.When she sees me walking towards the counter, she greets me by name with a glowing smile and retrieves my prescription/s ahead of time.In all the many years I've gone to various pharmacies, never have I received this level of sincere customer service from a pharmacist.In conclusion, if Ivy were to re-locate to another pharmacy farther away and less convenient, I would gladly go out of my way to wherever that maybe!”
