“The RITE Choice! I really like this Rite Aid as it's modern, squeaky clean and the staff are pretty helpful. My 55+ Dad had a moment with the self-checkout and the gentleman at the counter was patient and happy to help! The self-checkout scanners are convenient, a little odd, but convenient.
I've gotten Thrifty Ice Cream at this location and it's always a good texture, it doesn't immediately melt! It's good quality ice cream. There's a large over-the-counter section, a GNC vitamin area, and many food items. I also found a lot of make-up/cosmetic stuff. They have a little bit for everyone here. Parking is always available, this Rite Aid is near several neighborhoods.”

“It's a great pharmacy. They have a good supply, I feel like they wanna help, and it's a different feel than the bigger pharmacy. Close parking, and they have some other things like bandaids and other medical stuff, so you don't have to go elsewhere for a little thing you need. I used to get the orange soda, but now I'll grab a vitamin water, so that's good they have that. It's gets hot somedays. Anyway, thank you lotus pharmacy! C-ya next time.”

“I typically use Riteaid but now I have transferred all my medication to Smart Care Pharmacy. I was informed last week by riteaid my pain medication was in back order and they are unaware when they will have any in stock. I called all the main chain pharmacies with no hope Until I called this pharmacy. Smart care pharmacy was able to fill my prescription and even set up delivery for my other medication. They were so understanding and reassuring. Never again will I go anywhere else for my medications.”

“Bear Creek Pharmacy is Awesome! Since moving to Murrieta we've used CVS, Walgreen and Save On. No one ever answered the phones, I was always "connected" with a computer, phone calls weren't returned. Text messages received would claim your meds were ready for pick up but often times it wasn't the medication we needed but a different one! It took me four months to get one of my refills straightened out. Bear Creek Pharmacy has been a real blessing!!! Cheryl and the other staff members are actually there... answering the phone and really putting in the extra efforts other pharmacies don't. Yesterday they had three medications ready for pick up, but not the one I was out of, which was out of refills. Within a few hours they had called my doctor, refilled that medication and delivered all four to my door! Thank you so much! Awesome!”

“I had a problem filling a perscription that is very much needed for everyday health and have to say that Renee who works at the Cal Oaks CVS in Target went out of her way to make sure I recieved the medication, where it was available and paved the way to the other CVS store to pick it up. Found the way the system is set up probably from the state is a major leage hassel for the ones who need certain medications. Renee worked with all that and even my impatience. Can't thank her enough.”

“This is a very clean, well-run facility... I've spent the last 7 months dealing with an elderly parent who suffered a severe stroke. We've dealt with several different Dr's, facilities, and pharmacies. I have to say--Kaiser has definitely evolved for the better over the years. The facilities are nice and modern and they've established a very user-friendly information system. And so far, we haven't had a single experience where the staff wasn't helpful with a pleasant attitude! Kudos Kaiser--you've come a very long way since the nurses strike in 1977!! ?”
