“In need of a computer for an 2005 Scion XB.
I called around a few stores but was not having much luck finding the correct computer. I found plenty of automatic type ecu but my car is 5 spd manual and requires the exact same number.
I contacted Joe and confirmed the stock/part number and we had an exact match. I made the commute to the yard to pickup the item. The price was good and Joe gave me a little discount for gas which was much appreciated.

“Deserve 0 stars I put 4 to get in the front of the line to warn consumers. Place is a full con business and they know how to talk you in and out and all round don't be fooled by charm. Took Prius in for misfire while the engine would make that horrible rumble clunking sound that it's notorious for and it could be the result of several possibilities but Joe just checked the spark plugs and coils and charged me 900+. I took the car home the next day the same problem and when I brought it back he said I never told him there was a horrible noise and continues on to say oh I know that noise it's might be the fuel injection...story tell for real. He told he was going to do diagnostic with computer that will check the, afterwards he tells the computer only test the head nothing else and the only way he knows what the problem is is if he hears the sound, what a joke. Then he tries to school me by seriously talking to me about the engine turning on in a hybrid system he tells me that's normal no s*** it's normal what's not normal is what my car is doing when I brought it into you and after I left. He's a hypocrite when I said I can't talk to you anymore we'll settle this in court he finally lost his cool and snapped and told me have a nice f***g day. What bottom feeding loser, he is very successful in terms of money but he is a bad person rotten human being good business man and he actually admitted that it wasn't the first time someone took him to court and it wouldn't be the last time so there you go and even said he personally loves going to court stay away from this place far far away it's just like any other mechanic I thought it was different if anybody knows of a good mechanic I still need my car fixed”

“These guys are great..Friendly team with extensive knowledge. Answered all of my questions, made great recommendations and worked with me to find the best bondo and extra hardener and clear coat. They even gave me a little bondo at no charge which they could charge me for the whole bondo box - Then I was asked for some Paint thinner , but instead they are charging me extra , they poured almost half litre into an empty can and didn't charge any. “I was driving thorough Las Vegas with my box truck on the way from Utah to Arizona I broke 3 wheels on the way I was looking for a wheel used or new looked everywhere called everywhere and from Facebook this guys man he got 2 for me I will say reasonable price best deal I find it it was 1000$ for one wheel when I called the dodge dealership so I’m happy with the deal and with this people becouse they waited for me to get there and understand my problems I explained to them cool people thanks you again ??”

“My only regret is not finding out about HKS and Tiko sooner, as I would have saved thousands of dollars in the long run on repairs. After moving to the Valley, I ended up servicing my 2010 Volvo XC60 at several Volvo Valley dealers and Volvo independent shops (which were sadly just as expensive as the dealers). My older vehicle needed constant repairs and I started shopping around to try to save money. I found HKS on a whim, and Tiko ended up replacing a broken seat belt clasp for a fraction of what others had quoted. The next time I brought my car in to diagnose a noise I was hearing, Tiko went out on a test drive and although we couldn't hear it at that time, he did not rush me or discount that I was imaging things. Eventually, he did the repair on that noise by swapping the axle (a big repair job), also for a fraction of the price - the work done was excellent on both counts and the noise was fixed. I can't say enough good things about Tiko and his team. He is honest, fair, highly knowledgeable in Volvos, cares about his customers and for what it counts, he's a good person and that goes a long way in terms of doing business with someone. “Last week the two front wheels were stolen from my 2016 Cayenne Turbo S. Not a single dealer in CA had the 21 x 10 Porsche rims in stock. Without rims i couldnt put on tires, which also were nowhere to be found, so i couldnt even get the car towed. It was a terrrible morning! Fortunately a friend referred me to LADismantler. Tara answered, sweet as could be, said she just happened to have two 21 x 10 rims, a little earlier but would fit. I drove over and got them, excellent price and condition. But where would i find tires? She said the owner of the truck tire place nextdoor was a Porsche fan and might have some ideas. Then she walked me over and introduced me! Sure enough he had two used tires that would fit the rims! Nobody else could or would help find these parts. Tara and LADismantler restored my faith in humanity with kindness and competence. I was lucky to find them and you will be too.”
“I was having a screeching issue from my rear wheels on 2021 Sprinter Cargo. I thought it was a u-joint or drive train that was the problem but the technicians at Sprinter Expert were able to professionaly diagnose the issue as non-oem brake calipers and very worn out brake pads along with brake alignment spring that was missing from non-oem brake along with the heating that comes from the breaking is what was causing the screeching from the component on component contact. They were able to do a full inspection of my van ($150) to verify rest of the vehicle's integrity and reported that nothing was the issue and rest was structurally sound. They replaced my old components with new oem brake calipers ($180 for each) and new brakes pads ($300 total for both) for both rear wheels. So total labor and parts $810 but came in at 3:10 pm and walked out with a fixed van at 6:00 pm . Also here's the thing, their labor and pricing is fair and they are extremely skilled in their profession and accommodating into the closing hours and very efficient and quick with their repairs. Now, there is no more screeching sound what so ever. They expertly fixed the issue and the screeching sound is completely gone.”
