“I haven’t dropped off my truck yet. I got side swiped on the way to work on a hit and run and almost lost control of my truck. I have never been in an accident. I filled out one thing online to see if I could have my deductible comped and George called right when he got into work and told me it will be covered. They also do rental cars if my wife can’t pick me up. So far, they have taken so much of the stress off my plate and I can continue to finish work for the day. They already have a rental waiting for me! Couldn’t be happier so far. I never expect a body shop to make me feel so relaxed after an accident. “Cannot recommend this collision center enough. They gave me an excellent price and never tried to tack on random charges or upsell me on things I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. They were super transparent the whole process — they explained exactly what they were doing, why it needed to be done, and even showed me everything so I understood what was going on with my car.
As a younger driver out in LA, it can honestly feel intimidating dealing with car stuff sometimes, but they treated me with a lot of respect and patience. I brought in my 2025 Kia and was assisted by Martha, who was incredibly sweet, kind, and professional from start to finish. She guided me through the entire process and followed up with me every step of the way, which I truly appreciated. There were no hidden agendas—everything was honest, clear, and transparent.
I also want to recognize Arthur, the manager at this location. He is very thoughtful and extremely helpful. If there’s ever an issue or concern with the vehicle, he doesn’t hesitate to personally reach out, which really shows how much he cares about customer service.
The quality of the work was excellent. When I picked up my car, I couldn’t see any damage at all!! it looks completely brand new. Overall, this was a smooth and stress-free experience. “I am a terrible driver. I say this because I drove into a parked car one morning on the way to work. And my reaction was like that of little Ralphie Parker in A Christmas Story when he got his Red Ryder BB gun and broke his glasses and almost shot his eye out. “Oh Noooooo!”
That being said I made the mistake of taking my car to my regular dealership and they made my life miserable for a week before I pulled the car from them, and thankfully brought here to Autobahn Collision.
Their estimate was half of what my dealership was and they fixed my car in less days than it took my dealership to come up with an estimate.
It was so easy. They made it easy. And the car I got back was clean inside and out. Kinda makes me wait to get into accidents more often. Jk.
The people here are also really good honest folks. They are affiliated with State Farm and I highly recommend using them if you are in need.

“I had a pretty bad dent on my vehicle after someone threw a pumpkin at it a few months ago—it left a huge crater and even cracked the paint. I brought it to Aldo, and I’m really glad I did.
Before finding him, I inquired with several body repair shops and even collision centers around the LA area, and they all refused to take on the job. Aldo was the only one willing to do it—and at a very reasonable and fair price.
He took the time to assess the damage and gave me honest advice instead of pushing for the most expensive option. I trusted his judgment, and he recommended dent repair with touch-up paint rather than repainting the whole panel, explaining it would preserve the original paint. That kind of honesty is rare.
The results were amazing—the dent is gone, and the touch-up blended in far better than I expected. I even came back later, and he added protection to the touch-up paint at no charge. On top of that, he noticed another dent and fixed it for free. He even ended up charging me less than what he originally quoted online.
Aldo is skilled, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about his customers. Great guy! If you need dent repair or paint work, I highly recommend him.”
“When my daughter backed into a tree... YES, INTO A PERFECTLY VISIBLE TREE. I was really upset. The back of our NEW FORD BRONCO was dented and the window shattered. I had a long talk with both my daughters about respecting money/property etc. I was still upset. My daughters kept saying: ' Your cortisol is rising.' I have no clue what that means but it made me angrier. My good friend Jared said, 'Go to Eric. He does Fords.'
