Set up and schedule my appointment. They came out to my residence San Fernando mobile auto glass repair they sent out Tony. Tony was very professional, kind and knew what he was doing. It was hot today, so Tony is a hard worker because he didn’t complain. He did his job professionally and clean. “Great price and great service all around. I visited several locations in the nearing area, and they did not have the front passenger window available due to my vehicle being newer. The other locations I visited advised me that I would have to wait 5 hours for them to get the window, and another location said I'd have to wait a day. As soon as I arrived at California Auto Glass SF, I was advised my wait time would be 1 hour due to the amount of car ahead of me. I went ahead with the transaction, and the service literally took 34 minutes. Everyone was very professional, and I felt very welcomed while I waited. The price point was average and was only $10 more than the locations visited prior. This is definitely my new spot if I ever need to get my windows fixed again.”

“Pretty simple process filed my claim through my insurance made an appointment with them.On the day of my appointment checkin pretty seamless it was a 3 1/2 hr wait.The issue with this particular location is the area is grimy and the store is located in an industrial park not a location you want to kick it for 3 hours.Overall my Tesla windshield looks great and the tech was pleasant.Hopefully, if this happens again, I would likely not go to that location just because of the area that it's in. Hopefully the one in Reseda will be open.”
