San Fernando location is the worst! You ask to speak with a supervisor and they argue with you and say I'll see if I see if i can find one... they just leave you on hold. I will be speaking with my customer and tell them they need to use a different company. We are not staying late for them to pick up shipments.

The communication was really bad. It was so difficult to change the delivery address. Multiple times, they said they would call me back but never did. I had to initiate most of the time. There is a lot of room for improvement.

Total rip off and customer service is unfortunately clueless or else they are playing games and wasting their customers time.
