Helped me quickly, answered all my questions and not only took care of me also roughly 7 other people. Helping with the self-service kiosks, printing labels/papers, hectic place to run by herself first thing in the morning. Much props to her for opening and helping out so fast. A++ Employee.”

“My passport expired and I needed a new one quickly for a trip that I am planning. The USPS in Sun Valley, CA was the nearest location that offered passport services. This location offers appointments & walk-in services from 10am to 11am. I arrived at 10am and waited in line for my turn. I was greeted by Roel, the USPS associate at the front desk with a smile and a good morning.
I had a few questions about the process which he answered immediately and then he took me through the process of renewing my passport. He was professional, exceptionally efficient and thorough. He found a few errors on my application and helped me correct them. He took my photo and suggested the photo that would best complete the passport application and then I paid the fee for expedited service due to my time issues. I had been dreading this task but Roel made it a very pleasant experience and I was finished before 11am and for that I am very grateful for Roel, the Sun Valley USPS passport boss?”

“A delivery man named Sabdiel Ubride (forgive my spelling and faulty memory) just delivered a heavy package, and a smaller package. He was polite and helpful. With my permission he brought the very heavy box in and placed it in a safe place. He also politely refused to accept a tip. ? good worker and gentleman. Very helpful and appreciated by an old lady! “I've been using Yellow (YRC) Freight in Sun Valley, CA. for a couple of years now and admittedly the split hours for drop-off - morning and afternoon shifts - threw me. However, I soon realized this is a great schedule! It allows me plenty of time during the day to get my shipment ready because I have from 4 pm to midnight to get it to the depot. I used to use OOPS Freight, but they sold their freight to another company, and OMG what a pain they are to deal with. I much prefer the folks at Yellow . . . the office staff is nice and the forklift operators are great. So without hesitation, I give Yellow (YRC) Freight Five Stars. Mike Ryan, Pres.
