Honestly the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. I scheduled them for Monday and told them they needed to call an hour beforehand given we’re moving and live an hour away from the delivery site. On Thursday I got a text saying they would arrive in 10 minutes. Of course this doesn’t work. The driver tells me to contact them to reschedule. Then I get a notification it was delivered (wrong). I call the company and schedule it for Friday. I get a confirmation email saying Friday. Friday comes and goes. No delivery. No idea when I’m going to get my furniture given it’s very hard to coordinate with moving. And when I call and try to speak to a scheduler, the system just hangs up. I can’t believe any company uses this delivery service. I’m just hoping my chair arrives undamaged.

Total rip off and customer service is unfortunately clueless or else they are playing games and wasting their customers time.

Jonathan, who I believe is the dock manager at this location, is a rockstar. It's a long story, but he moved heaven and earth to accommodate me and my tight deadline. His understanding of my urgency and ability to pivot and get it done is so appreciated (the delivery driver is equally appreciated).

Would give zero stars if possible. Truly horrific customer service. Scheduled for Tuesday between 10 to 2. Didn't come. Called them. Said it was delayed and would come between 4 and 6. Didn't come. Called the next day and rescheduled for Thursday. Same thing happened. No communication at all. So, wasted two days waiting for something that still is not here. Use another shipper if you can.
Edit to say that while Estes itself really needs to figure out a better way to communicate and ensure that they can meet their commitments, Maurice at the San Fernando Valley center went above and beyond to make sure the delivery was able to finally happen by doing the delivery himself. He is a great guy, so I you have problems there ask for Maurice.

We received a delivery today to our storage unit in Calabasas. I beleive the driver name was Shawn. Just wanted to say the driver was really amazing. He had such great attitude and was able to problem solve issues with our loading dock right there and then on the spot and complete the delivery which I’m sure took longer then he had expected or the allowance of time he had, AND he did it all with a big smile and 100% positive attitude. THIS IS WHAT A GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE LOOKS LIKE. Resourceful, excellent problem solving, polite, respectful etc. driver really went above and beyond to complete the delivery. We are super appreciative of his hard work and big smile throughout. Thank you and Happy holidays :)

You delivered our package on the sidewalk for anyone to steal. When I got on the phone with your customer service rep, he stated it was an unattended delivery and there was nothing that could be done. That's unfortunate that your driver could not maneuver less than 5 steps on the front stairs of our house. My husband's company is cancelling their $1 million-annual relationship with your company due to poor customer service.

I regularly see their truck drivers weaving in and out of traffic. We were almost killed today by a truck with tennessee plates who could not figure out how to zipper.

Do not use this company. Company has poor customer service. The phones lines seem to not work. Their delivery drivers do not drop off. Any company using this place to ship items is a company to avoid ordering from.I have had to call several times for one order.Their bad service has cost me money and time. I would avoid at all cost in the future.

The customer service at Sun Fernando Valley terminal is terrible. They refuse to deliver the order from Home Depot because they say it is heavy. They offered me to unload their truck myself since they don't have a forklift. If they don't have appropriate equipment they shouldn't take the order and keep it in their terminal for weeks. Very upset with their unprofessionalism.
