Representatives are really nice people, pretty simple, you bring your package, you drop-off , get a receipt and done .

Guy at the counter was helpful. Note for others, this place does not offer printing. Luckily I had a qr for the quick shipping label which they do print.

Crowded at times, empty at others they generally do a good job of customer service and package management. So far they haven’t lost any of my shipments or sent them back to the sender, like this other guys!
