“I haven’t dropped off my truck yet. I got side swiped on the way to work on a hit and run and almost lost control of my truck. I have never been in an accident. I filled out one thing online to see if I could have my deductible comped and George called right when he got into work and told me it will be covered. They also do rental cars if my wife can’t pick me up. So far, they have taken so much of the stress off my plate and I can continue to finish work for the day. They already have a rental waiting for me! Couldn’t be happier so far. I never expect a body shop to make me feel so relaxed after an accident. Avoid the Hollywood shop, horrible service, poor communication, low Caliber, they messed up out of the gate during the estimate process so I went to Burbank because I have worked with them in the past for a broken window. Caliber maybe a chain, but Burbank defines it's service!”
