I was initially hesitant to use CARSTAR Glendale because the other driver’s insurance company recommended the shop as one of its preferred vendors. However, Vartan immediately eliminated every concern I had.
He made it clear through his actions that his priority was taking care of me and making sure my vehicle was repaired correctly. He was knowledgeable, professional, honest, patient, and incredibly responsive. He explained the process clearly, answered every question I had, kept me consistently updated, and made sure I was never left wondering what was happening with my car.
Vartan also helped coordinate the rental-car process and made everything extremely convenient. What could have been a frustrating and stressful insurance claim became a smooth, organized, and genuinely positive experience because of the way he managed it.
The repair itself was outstanding. My car had significant damage to the front bumper, fender, and wheel, yet the entire job was completed in only three days. When I picked it up, the car looked like the accident had never happened. The paint match, body lines, panel alignment, wheel repair, and overall finish were exceptional.
The entire team at the CARSTAR Glendale location did incredible work, but Vartan is the primary reason this experience stood out so much. He did not treat me like another claim number or repair order. He treated me like a valued customer and took personal ownership of the entire process.
Employees like Vartan are incredibly valuable because they do more than provide good service—they create trust, loyalty, referrals, and a strong reputation for the company. Because of him, I would confidently recommend the CARSTAR Glendale location to my family, friends, and anyone needing collision repair.

“Kenny runs a solid shop. He and one of his guys Sam are knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. Kenny took the time to actually diagnose problems and make sure things get fixed the right way. He spent almost an hour driving around with me to diagnose a wind noise issue. He ended up saving me from buying a whole new door by repairing the inner door panel. He replaced both my knocking axles for a fraction of what Tesla quoted. He is also lightning-fast with calls and texts. This place just became my go-to autoshop.”
