“If you're wondering where to take your car for body and paint work, just do yourself a favor and stop looking, call Sam at Auto Worx, and feel at ease. I have been to several body/paint guys in my time in LA, both on the Westside and in the Valley. Whether it was my Prius or my Porsche, things happen and you get a scratch, a small dent, or rock chips in the paint. Whatever the situation, I would trust Sam with getting the job done right. He is one of the most trustworthy guys in the business. Shop owners all over could take lesson from Sam on friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail. I spent a few days researching auto body/paint repair shops. I called some of my trusted repair people in the valley. Then Steve at BMW Haus in Van Nuys said, although Sam is on the Westside, "but I'd take my car to him no matter how far away he was." He was right. I'll never go anywhere else.”

“This is the best mechanic I have ever been to. He looked at my car multiple times and was very honest about it not making sense for me to put the money into the car to fix it as it would be a lot of money and the car already had pretty high mileage. He did not charge me for the diagnostics or the test drives he did to look at it. I feel like literally every other mechanic would make something up even, if they had to, just to get money but not Ed! “Practically cheese-grated the side of my car on a stucco-laced parking structure support beam. 20 minutes after putting in a request for quote and including a photo, Refugio contacted me and said they could repair all damage body work and original paint. The price he quoted was reasonable and he was even able to schedule someone come out the next day.Hector and Hector arrived the next day right on time. I had plenty of space for them to work and they spent the day painstakingly repairing and reshaping the damaged door then restoring the paint. The area looks good as new, almost better than the other side of the car. I was very impressed with the work and results. These guys are artists. Highly recommended.”

“The team at all city are all super professional and the work done is of amazing quality. Came in with my Tesla that had been sideswiped and needed bumper and quarter panel replacement - was seriously crumpled. Process took about a month in total (mainly waiting for parts from tesla), but the team kept me updated throughout. What impressed me the most was how helpful and proactive they were with contacting insurance, other party insurance, rental car, etc. Really helped mitigate any headaches in the repair process. And of course, the end result is like new again wow! Paint and repair were spot on. Highly recommend this shop for your Tesla and would be my first contact again.”
