“Very different experience from the last time I was there over 2 years ago. We won’t talk about that because I can see how much things have changed.
Overall, a very pleasant experience this time around. Very professional and friendly staff. They had several vehicles within my price range. It was an easy and fast process.
When I returned their vehicle a week later, I had another great experience. They quickly checked me out and offered me a ride to the body shop as it was very close by. Given the very hot weather, I was very appreciative of that! I would definitely choose this location again.”

We booked a toyota camry unfortunately they didn't have one in stock or anything similar, so we were upgraded to a brand new gmc truck at no extra cost. She was very informative about the insurance available and very polite to talk to.

“Highly recommend this place!!! Arthur is amazing!! Great customer service and does an amazing job. I got hit from behind and my bumper needed to be replaced. Once the parts were in Arthur fixed my car that same day and I was so happy to see how great it looked. He goes above and beyond to leave your car perfect. He even cleaned my headlights. Great place”

“I got into a car accident and needed a rental. Luis was helpful over the phone and when I picked the car up explaining the deposit and what type of cards they take. Apparently some credit cards with a chip don't have a magnetic strip and I learned this when I tried to rent from Enterprise in Studio City. But they were rude and didn't explain what the issue was and turned me away. Hertz was also cheaper with a deposit that was half the price as Enterprise's. When I dropped the car off Steven helped me with an issue that's too boring to explain but he was also pretty helpful. If you live within a 3-4 miles radius Hertz will also call a ride-share to pick you up. These two guys run this location basically on their own, I think Steven even cleans the cars sometimes. The two of them were more efficient and knowledgable of the rates and rules than the 8 people at the Studio City Enterprise. I will definitely come back to the Toluca Lake location next time I need a rental.”
