“I cannot say enough good words about my experience with this Enterprise location. This was my first time flying into Burbank Airport, and Mari Silva made it such a smooth, positive experience for me. My young daughter was with me, and Mari was so kind to her and made us both feel like she genuinely cared about our comfort with the vehicle we drove. When returning my car, she recognized us and came up to ask if everything went well for us. Mari really made us feel welcome. Also, when we returned our car, Al Ayson was wonderful as well. He was so nice and pleasant. I was quite stressed coming in after being stuck in traffic, running late, and not having time to fill up the gas tank. He was so great and calm and helped us check in quickly, got my gas figured out quickly and fairly, and truly made our experience great. I can't say enough how much I appreciate your team there. They are the best I've ever worked with, and I will try to fly into Burbank as much as possible to be able to work with this team again.”

“We choose this location since it was over a 50% discount compared to an Airport rental. We arrived and the staff was quick and friendly.Shout out to Jordan you got us in the car. He walked out to our vehicle, inspected the vehicle with us, showed all the safety features and explained the check out and check in process (we were planning on an after-hours drop-off).Shakeh assisted us with check-in (turns out we didn’t do after hour drop off) and was very quick and helpful.If I find myself back in the area I will 100% rent from here again.”

“This review is solely based off the customer service that Dylan and Andrew provided during my experience. I can't thank both of these guys enough. I was in and out of there less than 25 minutes at most the process was super transparent. They both gave me answers to all of my questions rather than giving me a business card to call corporate or customer service. we did a full walk-through around the vehicle. They explained all the gadgets all the bells and whistles. It was a great experience. I definitely would recommend it. The car was also very clean as well.”

“I have returned cars here before but never actually rented a car from this location until last week. I have to say it was a lot easier than I thought. Only small detail is that I don't think they have a proper fastbreak counter, it's shared with Avis' preferred on the second floor of the parking lot. They didn't have my rez paperwork ready but it was done pretty quickly and there was no line. The car was brought out very quickly.”

Returning the vehicle went just as smoothly. The employees were friendly and helpful. I would rent from them again, and would recommend them to others. Not everybody has a bad experience.”

“Hertz is my go to rental car company when I travel. I’ve always booked ahead of time, and they have the car ready for me with no issues/interactions. I literally check for my name on the board and walk to my car. This location is no different. However, I needed help from an associate, Bonnie this past trip. My kids really wanted to ride in a Tesla. My husband would never be seen in one, so I decided for our girls trip, we would get one! Unfortunately, I didn’t realize that three teens and myself overpacked and our luggage would not fit! Whoopsie! We ended up going back into the office and met with Bonnie and told her our mistake. She was so kind and understanding. She assisted us in booking a small SUV that would better suit our needs. We will never forget her and her kindness to us during this trip. She is truly the definition of great customer service!”
