“The check-in process in Burbank was easy. The agent was friendly and knowledgeable. She had us set to go in almost no time! The car was beautiful, clean, and smelled brand new. It drove very comfortably, and we were happy with it. Returning the car at the airport was even easier! My mom required a wheelchair between the plane and the Alamo office, due to a bad back. On arrival, an airline employee had to wheel her the entire way, which was a LONG distance! However, when we were returning the car, Reuben checked us in and got someone from Alamo to drive us back to the terminal, where we got a wheelchair. It was SO helpful and definitely appreciated! I don’t remember the name of the young lady who drove us, but she was also cheerful and helpful! Our overall experience with Alamo was wonderful!”
“I had the best experience renting a car with Enterprise. I booked one of the “wild card” options, and when I arrived the only vehicles left were minivans, not exactly what you want when you’re heading to Monterey for car weekend. Thankfully, we were helped by Kaya, and once we explained how important this trip was for us, she went above and beyond to accommodate an amazing deal.
Because of her, we ended up with the perfect sports car and had the most unforgettable weekend. Honestly, we loved it so much I wished I could keep it. Kaya has earned a loyal customer, I’ll always look for her whenever I rent.

“I rented a 15 seater Ford Transport from Midway. I called in to make sure that they have the van and Jay was able to help me put my name down for the van. Jay was able to go through the renting process reaaly fast wirh a smile, explained to us the 150 miles per day limit and off we went. We are very happy with the van, the fantastic customer service and good price. We will definitely rent from Midway again.”

He switched cars for me without me asking. He wanted to make sure my mom's chair could fit. I am very thankful he offered this. It made a huge difference. “I have rented many times from this location. I have had very good experiences over a period of 1 year. The staff has been the best. Christian has always been professional & pleasant. Cars were limited one time, so I had to wait. Otherwise I find everything satisfactory. Look forward to doing more business with this hertz location when in Los Angeles again.”

I'm going to post a separate review about the rental car hub at Burbank Airport under separate cover. Just know that all of the rental car companies are located past the terminal and parking structure. You have to walk quite a distance to get to the rental car counters. There are a couple of people mover walkways along the way. It didn't help that one of them was broken on our trip to pick up our rental car.
The photo below shows one of 3 or 4 long corridors you walk before reaching the rental car counters.
The facility itself is relatively new. Very clean. Once arrived, service was pretty quick. A short trip on the elevator and our rental car was already pulled up, waiting for us...”
“Overall it was good but when booking online be sure you don't end up at a third party website for the car insurance. Don't know how I got there when I began picking insurance for the rental.”

“Everything about my experience with Dollar was fantastic. From picking up the car in Oakland to returning it at a different location in Burbank, LA, everything went smoothly. The car was spotlessly clean and in perfect condition. I didn’t have to wait more than 15 minutes to get the car, which was a big plus. The company was fair in all their dealings, and the gentleman at the desk who handled the paperwork was extremely helpful and professional. This has been my best car rental experience so far!”
