It is just a couple of blocks from downtown Sunnyvale's historic Murphy Street, within a few minutes' walk of many restaurants, bars, shops, a movie theater, a grocery store, and a nightclub. The walkability is excellent, making everything nearby very convenient.
The staff are consistently described as amazing, super nice, friendly, accommodating, and kind, with specific praise for the front desk team. The hotel offers a great bar and hangout area, a nice gym, and clean rooms. The rooms are noted to be small and modern, though some find them outdated. It is a value brand, not a luxury property. The area is considered very safe. Overall, guests report great service and a perfect location, making it a place worth returning to.

Decent, clean, good location, but I had to wake very early in the morning since you can hear everything from the outside and the garbage truck started its duty at 07:00am.

Great location! It's within walking distance of downtown Sunnyvale and the train station. The room was clean, modern, and nicely updated, with hard flooring instead of carpet. It was a bit noisy, though.
