“Super peaceful stay. Very quiet rooms and a great gym. Breakfast is great, too. Walkable to a grocery store, some restaurants, an arcade, and a park with a small lake. Will be my go to hotel when I travel for business here again!”

“I was after a simple, clean, reliable hotel located close to the freeway, and this exactly suited my needs. Only reason for the 4 stars for location is that you can hear street traffic, but wasn't a problem for me. Would definitely stay again if I need a hotel in the Sunnyvale area.”

“There aren't a lot of fancy amenities, but it's very clean and everything works (e.g. wifi, AC, heater, shower, etc.). I had a room near the back which was nice and quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again for trips to Silicon Valley.”

“This was a nice place to stay and more parking was available because there did not appear to be a lot of occupants on a weekday. I like any room with carpet. I always check to make sure there is hot water from the sink and shower, before using them. The chairs did not have a soft backrest, but using one of the pillows helped. Bring a pair of slippers, a clock, and some liquid soap.”

“Booked one of the Villa rooms. I had to switch rooms due to issues with the AC/heating, but the staff handled it professionally. The rooms are spacious, though cleanliness could be improved, and the mattress wasn’t very comfortable for me. Breakfast is quite good, with several options and fresh fruit. I stayed for a business trip, and the location is very convenient.”
“Hilton is cost cutting on basic stuff like glassware, an electric kettle. You can toothpaste sachets if you ask at the reception - but you have to ask. I found that a bit inconvinient for business travellers with tight schedules.
Service is great and my room was always cleaned during a week long stay.”

“Wonderful breakfasts each morning. Our TV remote control did NOT work and the desk clerk was unable or unwilling to help. The hotel is new, and while the rooms are small, they are very clean and well maintained. The staff except for the singularly inept desk clerk are very pleasant and accommodating. Both my husband and I are mobility impaired but have very little trouble getting around the hotel.”

“We stayed down here for a 49er game vs the Chicago bears, and the service was immaculate, our original room had trouble with lights and toilet was clogged from the get go, but they managed to give us a new room within 5 mins of reporting it. Only downside to this hotel is the room quality, the room we got second hand had ants in the restroom and the towels were stained, other than that I recommend, the location is perfect for a 49er game at Levi stadium. Will definitely come back again.”
“Had an amazing stay for two weeks. Felt like home. Leticia Garcia was super helpful, she changed my room immediately when I had issues with the bathroom. Very impressed by the house keeping service , the place is beautiful gives u a cozy feeling. Definitely recommend!”

“Price performance a reasonable hotel. Few notes. 1. No housekeeping unless you ask. 2. Check the soap (shampoo and body wash) when you check in as mine was empty the 2nd night and after 5PM no one to add soap.”
“Definitely one of the better locations. The room was simple, but perfectly clean. I had a booking issue at check-in, but the front desk staff, including Suraj, stayed with me until it was fixed. I really appreciate them doing the right thing and honoring the stay.”

“Run of the mill motel with Ramada badging but otherwise a decent place. Clean rooms small but clean bathroom in a pretty good location although right next to the freeway. There is an exercise room which is just a guest room converted. There is a nice sized pool but not heated. There is a hot tub. Overall a nice place for a quick stay for a couple of days. Exactly what I needed. As long as you are not looking for luxury amenities you will be happy.”

“The internet goes out all the time. In the 4 rooms I've stayed in over 3 months the blinds are torn or broken and can't get them to shut all the way. And there has been human feces on the wall in the parking garage for months. Oh and the pipes leak into the parking garage from time to time.... staff is nice.”

“Warning there is no free parking ($20/day when I stayed), no free breakfast ($15-20) and not even complimentary lobby coffee ($4). I did get a small toothpaste when I asked the front desk when I forgot mine.
No other issues with the hotel, other than the frustrating add-ons.”
