“What an absolute gem! The hotel is old, so the rooms are slightly dated, but the value for the money cannot be beat. Quiet location within a few minutes walk of downtown Sunnyvale, with grocery stores, restaurants, and even a movie theater. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. They provide a toothbrush, toothpaste, and bottles of water--old school and charming--and of course the previously mentioned refrigerator and microwave. The room itself is huge and there's even a desk with a comfortable chair to work at.”

“The Best Western Silicon Valley exceed my expectations. This is a motel and an affordable one at that. The service was better than some more expensive hotels I've stayed in. Its not fancy but the location is great, staff is friendly, and it has all the amenities you need.”
“The room was quite good, though a bit dated looking. The main entryway’s carpet floor was dated and showed its age. It was stained and so were the chairs. The people were very kind and we were treated very respectfully. As for the location it is located in a very accessible spot. They do serve free breakfast which is quite flavorful. All in all it’s a good hotel and is one of the few hotels that aren’t chains and are good.”

“This motel 6 is the best motel 6 I've been to. Family stayed here due to me working in Sunnyvale for 2 months for the summer. Staff is professional and maid service is great. The pool works and pool area is nice. Highly recommend them compared to all the local hotels for their pricing, location and quality.”

“Great value for the price, especially with free parking. Much nicer than a typical motel. Clean room with no odors—I was comfortable walking barefoot. Housekeeping checked daily about towels, which was a nice touch.
Safe location, simple and practical stay. Note: second floor is stairs only (no elevator). No issues with bugs. Overall, I recommend it.”

“This is my new favorite place. Customer service is exceptional. Rooms are clean modernized and comfy. The pool is sparkling and ool. The sauna is perfect. The breakfast as good. (please add dairy and gluten free options)Rooms: Large, clean, cozy. With huge bathtub .Nearby activities: 10 min to shoreline amphitheater.Food & drinks: There is a BBQ restaurant open late in the same parking lot.Noteworthy details: I didn't expect much from this tucked away hotel. “My sister and I are always travelling for concerts and events around California. We went for the 5 Seconds Of Summer concert in mountain view. We were 13 min away from the venue so that was a really big plus.
Holy Moly, we absolutely loved the hotel. The rooms were really nice considering the rooms have carpet. Im usually really iffy about carpets as sometimes they trap smells from previous guests etc etc but i felt comfortable enough to walk on it barefoot.
The sink was really small but it was doable, not complaining. Mann the water pressure could be a tiny bit better though. Others might like it but i like my water pressure stronger.
The breakfast was good too I felt a little overwhelmed with the options because i wanted to eat everything especially our last night after being hungover loll. But it was really good over all.
The only staff I really interacted with was the kid at check in and same kid at check out. He was super nice !
We have only ever favorited 2 hotels since we started traveling. This is one of them.
The only 2 downsides were that instead of doing an 100$ incidental hold, i was fully charged for it and was told after i called that they refunded and it would take up to 7 buisness days, just waiting for the money back ! And the second downside was that the walls are thin. We could hear our neighbors having fun. It was funny 🤣”
“Hilton is cost cutting on basic stuff like glassware, an electric kettle. You can toothpaste sachets if you ask at the reception - but you have to ask. I found that a bit inconvinient for business travellers with tight schedules.
Service is great and my room was always cleaned during a week long stay.”

“Booked one of the Villa rooms. I had to switch rooms due to issues with the AC/heating, but the staff handled it professionally. The rooms are spacious, though cleanliness could be improved, and the mattress wasn’t very comfortable for me. Breakfast is quite good, with several options and fresh fruit. I stayed for a business trip, and the location is very convenient.”

“This was a nice place to stay and more parking was available because there did not appear to be a lot of occupants on a weekday. I like any room with carpet. I always check to make sure there is hot water from the sink and shower, before using them. The chairs did not have a soft backrest, but using one of the pillows helped. Bring a pair of slippers, a clock, and some liquid soap.”
“Decent, clean, good location, but I had to wake very early in the morning since you can hear everything from the outside and the garbage truck started its duty at 07:00am.”

“Rooms are big but very cheap craftsmanship into putting them together, there was pasta on part of our ceiling that seemed stuck from how long ago, the bathroom does not have a locking door just sliding, the ground level bedrooms open up to the street as their balcony with no fence or anything.”

“Warning there is no free parking ($20/day when I stayed), no free breakfast ($15-20) and not even complimentary lobby coffee ($4). I did get a small toothpaste when I asked the front desk when I forgot mine.
No other issues with the hotel, other than the frustrating add-ons.”

“What a wonderful surprise!! I'm traditionally only stay at Marriott brand hotels. I was visiting CA for appointments at Stanford Health and needed a convenient location and reasonable price. The Domain Hotel truly stood out and I was so pleased w/ their location, comfort, and communication w/ all staff members. The room and environment was top notch!
I'd like to honorably mention their maintenance professional, Salvatore. I lost some jewelry in the bathroom and he went above and beyond to help me search for this.. we didn't have any luck finding my earing and thought we exhausted all efforts. Later while I was organizing the rest of my belongings, I heard a knock at the door. It was Salvatore w. my earring!! This gentlemen continued to go out of his way searching through things for me after leaving my room and discovered the microscopic part of my earring I believed I had lost forever.
I am still over the moon w/ how cared for he made me feel. I've never experienced such care at any Marriott, and certainly no where on the east coast before. 10/10, thank you for adding value and amplifying the joy of my travels. :)”

“I stayed here with a friend for Anime Impulse Bay Area 2026. The rooms were clean when I went in the room (though do note, they are only cleaned every few days, if your staying longer than a few days). Theres breakfast daily as well (though during my stay, the pancake maker kept breaking, but thats whatever, they had other options). Didn't have an issue as far as people disturbing me goes, also didn't have issues with city noise. Its within walking distance to stores in the area. I may consider staying here again in the future!”

“this was one of the nicest hotels I have been to! the rooms look brand new and luxurious. huge marble bathroom, great lighting, everything is modern and high tech. I loved all the amenities in the room like the comfy bathrobe, slippers, tea & kettle, coffee machine, complimentary Evian water, theragun and steamer! Loved the Le Labo toiletries!
the hotel has a nice pool and small gym. a bar, resteraunt and coffee shop. I didn't want to leave. the only comment I would say is the pool was not heated so to cold to use but other then that, this will be my go to when working in the San Jose area!”
