“Robert from Abbey Carpet was fantastic. My wife and I needed new carpet for our three bedrooms and we were on a time crunch. We picked carpet and scheduled the install about 10 days out. They were able to install it a few days earlier than anticipated, which was great. The installers moved our furniture out, replaced the padding and carpet and returned the furniture back all in the same day. The final invoice was $350 less than the original quote and they gave us a refund in the mail. Excellent service all around. I would definitely recommend Abbey Carpet.”

“We recently had all 3 bedrooms re-carpeted by S&G. The salesman came to our home and we chose the brand and color we wanted. He measured the rooms and determined a price - which included furniture moving. The price was more affordable than we expected. The installers arrived and went to work removing the furniture and installing the carpets. They put everything back and were finished in less than 3 1/2 hours. They were professional - careful - courteous - and worked quickly and efficiently without rushing. They cleaned up and vacuumed each room. We are very happy with the entire experience. We also had S&G do our front room a year ago with the same experience. We would happily recommend S&G to anyone and we plan to use them whenever we need flooring of any kind.”
“I had a great experience with JJ (Customer Service) and Mike (the owner). I was greeted by JJ and he was very helpful from the moment my daughter and I walked into the showroom. I explained that I called over the weekend, and to my surprise he remembered me calling. Which was nice because he remembered exactly what I was looking for. He then led us to the back area where they have a VERY large amount of remnant carpets to choose from. Great variety, colors, patterns and prices. After finding what I was looking for Mike gave me a great deal!!! Which I was very appreciative of due to the fact that I am newly on my own and doing my best to still have a comfortable life. JJ also carried and loaded the carpet into my car for me! I will definitely recommend Floors To Go to anyone looking for flooring and will be back anytime I have a flooring need!! They were able to schedule a time with me to pick up my rugs in Marin and were amazing at moving all of my furniture to do so.
