The manager Ed Russell is exceptional and so are the staff members, they all have helped me at different times for different needs, always very efficiently and with a smile. Never had a problem with this bank I've been with them since 2001!!

First-time reviewer, but Ed at Citibank blew me away! He's got the brains (financial wizard!) and the heart (genuinely cares!). Solved my banking issue with ease and made me feel like a VIP. Rare find in banking! 5 stars, no doubt!
