I’m writing to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received from Ms. Maheswari Natarajan at your branch.
Recently, my Citi App suddenly disabled biometric login, even though it had worked for a long time. When I encountered this issue, I immediately thought of visiting your branch — specifically because of the outstanding impression Maheswari left on me last year. At that time, I needed to withdraw a few hundred dollars in straight, clean, and intact bills. Maheswari was incredibly patient and meticulous, carefully checking every bill to ensure they met my request. Her professionalism and care left a lasting impression on me.
On June 16, 2025, I visited the branch again with my biometric login issue. As always, Maheswari greeted me warmly and cheerfully. After listening to my concerns, she made every effort to assist me. Although her initial troubleshooting attempts didn’t resolve the issue, she went a step further by calling Citi customer service on the business line on my behalf. After several steps and persistence, she successfully reached a representative — and shortly after, the biometric login was enabled again.
I deeply appreciate Maheswari’s proactive support, courteous attitude, and dedication throughout the entire process. It’s rare to encounter such thoughtful and committed customer care. I truly felt supported every step of the way.

“Went to the office on a Friday afternoon to [1] get KYC paperwork done and [2] change of address/phone on my NRE account so I could setup UPI on my phone.
Both tasks were completed within 10 minutes by Pooja the ICICI representative. She filled out the paperwork and made copies of the needed documents for me.
6 hours later I get a notification by email from ICICI that the KYC and addresses info paperwork had been completed. I was then able to setup UPI on my phone.
