I continue to be very impressed by the staff at the Meriwest Sunnyvale Branch. Although Hinna Adnan is my primary assigned GoTo, she's been wonderful, impressive in her knowledge and know-how, and a premier associate leader whom I've known for years; her colleagues also continue to impress. My latest banking errand was to make a deposit, then obtain a Cashier's Check, and this time around, I interacted with Cecilia Valencia, who I believe joined the branch at the beginning of last year/end of the previous year. Along with Mia, a relatively new associate who also assisted, Cecilia has continued the tradition of providing professional customer service and efficiency, with both extensive banking knowledge and empathetic courtesy that shows how outstanding this branch's staff is.

I do the majority of my banking here, and I continue to highly recommend Meriwest Credit Union and especially the Sunnyvale Branch as a Credit Union that really cares about its members and seeks to ensure all its members' banking needs are met.”
