“Fear not, non Apple users, CleverTech will fix other devices.I came to CleverTech with my self-built gaming conputer--within a day, they had diagnosed that my SSD had failed. I'm still waiting for my replacement to come in, and they have been very patient and helpful. Warranty had needed photos of the drive, which CleverTech provided. “I took my 2020 Samsung Notebook 9 Pro to ClickAway for a free diagnostic repair of my broken and malfunctioning computer notebook keyboard. The IT Technician Aidan performed the necessary diagnostics and discussed the problems with me. I agreed to proceed with ordering the electronic parts which included installing a new internal keyboard and a new motherboard. This is extremely delicate work. I saw on YouTube what it involves and it's basically like doing micro-electronic surgery. IT Technician Aidan did a 100% perfect job. My Samsung notebook works like brand new again! All my data was restored and carefully encrypted. Everything was securely and professionally completed to my full satisfaction. I absolutely recommend ClickAway Campbell. “I had my Sony mirrorless camera repaired when its HDMI port failed. I sometimes use my HDMI port for using my camera as a webcam, and the issue was caused by the constant plugging and unplugging of the HDMI cable for different purposes; webcam, photos, videos, and other projects. I was so glad that the repair shop was accommodating to fix the issue in a short period.
The initial charge for diagnosis is $35, and I was charged a fair amount for the repair. I was shown that the repair was fixed at the stop by testing the connection on their TV, and I checked it again with my equipment. I’m satisfied with the results.”
“I was having some problems with my car's audio system so I dropped off my head unit to this shop. I later found out that the problem was elsewhere, but it was nice having some peace of mind knowing that there wasn't anything wrong with my head unit.
Diagnosis was free and I offered to pay them for their time, but they insisted otherwise. Very honest and skilled gentlemen. I'll definitely be going here if for future problems/projects.”

“Thank you for the truly amazing experience. I feel so fortunate to have met the owners. They welcomed me in on their day off and aided me with my defective cassette player. Not only did they help me untangle the tape that was stuck in it, they also told me exactly what was wrong with the player and allowed me to listen to music in their shop. It was a truly great experience that was bolstered by very knowledgeable, caring people. You can tell at the forefront of their heart is music, which is exactly what you would want in a shop specializing in such a service. This service was done free of charge, so I will be sure to spread the good word of music!”

“Went there to repair my Bose subwoofer. Apparently its common for these models to short one of their diode. I did my homework researching about the issue and opening the speaker to access the board.The guy helping me out was quick to take my inputs and was able to rootcause in under 5 mins, and fix the diode in under 10 mins. Charged were reasonable.”

After all we need to help our California grow again.I ordered a new phone screen but I was the one who got busy still when I was back, I got same smiles.Turned out, the manufacturing company sent a defected screen (there was glue on the thumb ID).They ordered another one with no problem.I'm getting ready to go again hope it will be all good.Give them a try. I took one star off because owners are not at the store so make sure to make an appointment so you don't waist your time.”

“Came in for a warranty for my AirPods with an appointment, was a few minutes late but they took me no problem, staff were polite and let me know it would have to be sent out for diagnostics and repair and should the repair fall out of the scope of warranty they would call me and ask for permission to proceed. They stated it would take 3-4 business days and it only took 2. 10/10 great service and turn around. Only business improvements should be lighting in the store.”

“I got into a real jam that ClickAway got me out of. Spend way to much money to build my 2 kids gaming PC's for Xmas. One of them fire up and worked perfectly. The other one wanted to keep resetting randomly. This was beyond my skillset so I called Trang Dinh at ClickAway and explained my pickle. Mind you this is 4 days before Xmas. She told me to bring it and she would get to work on it immediately. The issue took some time to track down and it turned out to be a faulty motherboard. Trang let me know that she felt the power supply and the Mb should both be changed out. I rushed replacements from Amazon which arrived on Xmas eve. Spent all night rebuilding the PC. Very relived and happy to report that Trang's troubleshooting was spot on. New MB and power supply worked perfectly and Dad was able to look like a superstar to both my kids as I delivered working gaming PC's. Both PC's have been in heavy use since Xmas with zero faults.
Trang literally save Xmas in my house this year. Cant thank her enough. She charged me a very fair price for the work rendered. She was very engaging and communicative throughout the entire process.
