“Recently I took my phone in due to a malicious virus attack. Chris Booth got rid of the virus and with my o.k., installed an anti-virus program (one that he said Click-Away uses on their own computers). I also ordered a new Dell laptop as the prices at Click-Away are competitive with Amazon and Best Buy; and if you want, after they will set it up and transfer your files and programs from your old computer to the new one, they do sell a plan for their services. This is good if you are not tech-saavy particularly or if you have no time to get problems solved using other companies. Chris was excellent, and though there were a couiple of glitches, he worked through them and was 100% responsive to my computer needs.”

The owner was polite and seemed very knowledgeable about cinematography repairs. I felt a strong sense of trust and received a ticket to pick up my camera with an estimated same-day turnaround. I don’t remember exactly how long it took, but I believe I picked it up that same day. The price wasn’t cheap, but it was definitely reasonable for the level of expertise and quality of service provided. The gentleman even gave me a free lens cover after noticing I needed an extra one for my equipment. The overall quality of the cleaning was immaculate; it felt like picking up a brand-new camera.”
