“They are the place we always go for Golu dolls and other pooja items. Good selection and when compared to other Bay Area Indian arts/pooja stores, this place has comparable or better prices and is MUCH better arranged/cleaner. I understand the prices may be high compared to India or online, but that's not fair because they have to provide for a brick and mortar business in the USA (in an expensive market). We bought golu dolls for the last 5 years and we will continue to buy from here.”

“I had a fantastic experience with Edible Arrangements. The process from ordering to delivery was smooth and hassle-free. The fruit arrangement arrived on time and exceeded my expectations in terms of freshness and presentation. Each piece was beautifully arranged and the variety of fruits was impressive. The chocolate-dipped treats were a hit with everyone. It’s a great option for a thoughtful and delicious gift. I’ll definitely be using their service again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a special gift or treat.”

“Great spot for little gifts, delicious handmade chocolates, and service that doesn’t disappoint. I believe shree is the gentleman that helped me out, greeted me as soon as I stepped in the building. It was my first time in there and I had many questions to which he kindly answered and was not shy at; all great people person, definitely need more people like Shree working these jobs. Don’t really experience that level of service to often anymore. Unfortunately there they don’t allow free sample of the chocolates but after he had explained to me why I couldn’t complain, I was actually more inclined to go home with some(I couldn’t resist). He explained to me that they are small batch chocolates and they are hand made, no use of big factories and machinery. They are made by hand with LOVE that u can taste with every bite. These are the things that will absolutely keep me personally coming back here for a genuine smile, great conversation and damn good chocolate. As I mentioned they do also have a bunch of other things like charcuterie boards with cute little china pieces, different curry sauces, even had organic raw honey comb which I must say I’m a sucker for. I would rate my experience an 11/10 given the young man made my day and was very happy the whole time even though I bored him with my questions.”

“This was my first time visiting Japantown and found this great store with so many Japanese items. Arlene, the owner, showed us how to fold origami hats that can be used as bookmarks. I was curious about how a kimono is worn and Miko spent time dressing me in a kimono and explaining each step. There was another lady there that was nice. I came out with knowledge about the kimono and Japanese style and with a beautiful tsuzumi pillow. I highly recommend this gem of a store!”

“One of the great things about going to Japantown is stores like this. Packed full of everything Japanese you can think of, from stationary, greeting cards, to pottery and decorative dolls. I could have spent an hour in here! So cute and laid out so well. One sad thing to see is Japantown in SJ is not as bustling as before, and I hope stores like this get the attention it deserves. It's a treasure.”

“There were two things I wanted to do on my trip to the Bay Area - eat good food and buy a warrior shirt. I had seen a sumo fish warrior shirt in Japantown SF but decided to buy it at Nikkei because they let me try it on in the bathroom. The staff are super accommodating and friendly. There is a variety of asian inspired goods ranging from music cds from hawaii to asian inspired legos like a shiba inu and daruma doll. I'll definitely be back to get more sumo fish shirts! They're comfortable, flattering and the designs are super fun! Mahalo to the cashier who let me try on the shirts. He was really nice!”

“I saw this place as I was driving through downtown Los Gatos recently and decided to park my car to stop by to take a look. And when I did, it didn't disappoint. I ended up purchasing a journal notebook for myself and the Mama Bear porcelain container as a gift, which was carefully wrapped up in tissue paper for cushioning inside a bag and the storekeeper was thoughtful enough to remove the price sticker from it before wrapping it up since I had told her it was a gift. I'm probably going to come back again when I run out of writing pages of the journal to purchase another one.”

“It’s a little shop that sells seasonal home decor items and unique gifts. The merchandise changes based on the season and holiday celebrations. Some items are on the pricey side, but they have a lot of unique products that you’ll have a hard time to find elsewhere.

The staff is kind and helpful. She helped with our inquiries.”

“I can't believe I never stopped in before! It's a tiny blink-and-you-miss-it storefront, and inside it's packed to the gills with adorable gifts and goodies. I picked up some stationery, but you could also get a little RGB doll or some nifty inventive kitchenware.”

“My wife and I came into this store on Sept 10 to browse and found many things we loved. We left with some Disney items which were reasonably priced and easily accessible. Great service, selection, and value here!

Also, there are often sales and coupons that you can leverage for a better deal. Their clearance section also usually has some good deals/finds too.

We also wanted to recognize Blue for her awesome and helpful service. She kindly and patiently helped clarify some confusion we had around our online order and fulfillment. Thank you, Blue! 10's across the board! =]”

“This store is a treasure! My home is filled with so many beautiful tablecloths/napkins/runners/candles/napkin rings/candle wreaths, for all occasions. Raised my family daily with the fringed washable/no iron napkins since around 1980 (napkins no longer available I think). Do plan a visit here for holiday inspiration and very special table linens. Also many paper products and inspirations for setting up your home for the holidays. Hope we never lose this one! -Pam Perisho”

“An absolute gem! I love this place! Every time I walk in, I'm amazed by the thoughtfully curated selection of iteme! From unique home decor and stylish apparel to cute little clever gifts and locally inspired finds. The store strikes a perfect balance between trendy and timeless, and the quality of everything they carry is top-notch.

The staff they have working there are amazing! They’re kind and thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely helpful without being overbearing, just people you’d have a good chat with! I love to pop in whenever I’m in the area, sometimes I'm browsing for a gift or treating myself, or just going to look around and they always go above and beyond to make the experience fun!

It's the kind of place that makes shopping feel fun and inspiring. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the area—you’ll probably leave with something you didn’t know you needed (in the best way).”

“5/10/23 Unfortunately they're closing and they have discounts for clearing their inventory. I was told that their last day is sometime in the summer. Lots of high end quality stuff. I got a 14" steel wok and an oyster knife. The clerk was very friendly and helpful. Go there soon before they close.”

“This was a pleasant surprise of NASA gear for an affordable price. Like a nasa outlet store in a sense. I was disappointed there were no educational displays or insights into the happenings at the Ames center, as that was what I hoped for. But if you want to some cheap merch, you got it here.”
