“My Pacific range hood has served us well for 15 years, and I decided it was finally time to upgrade to a more advanced model. I visited the Pacific Range Hoods showroom in Sunnyvale, where Matthew helped me out. He was incredibly knowledgeable and never tried to push the most expensive option. Instead, he recommended models that suited my cooking habits and kitchen layout. The TruSteam feature is truly a game changer. I no longer have to scrub sticky filters — the hood cleans itself with the press of a button. Victor installed the new hood last Saturday, and he did an excellent job. He took care to protect my counters and made sure everything was installed properly. Before he left, he walked me through the controls and explained how to use all the settings. I’m extremely happy with everything about my experience with Pacific Range Hood.”

“We hired Betty and her team at Urban Interior Design to renovate 2 bathrooms in our townhome in August and we could not be happier with the completed project. We had actually used Urban Interior Design to update our kitchen 10 years ago and when it came time for the bathroom renovation, we reached out to Betty again. Of course, we did our due diligence and received estimates from two other companies. The pricing proposal we received from Urban Interior Design was very reasonable and within the scope of our budget. We were comfortable with Betty's suggestions and advice for colors and materials. Furthermore, Betty confirmed she would be able to meet our requested timeline for the project. We were hosting an event at our residence in early September, and we would also have house guests during this time, so the renovation would have to be completed by the end of August. The project was scheduled in July and the initial teardown started promptly in August. The entire project was completed in two weeks. Betty was quick to respond to text communication, and at the end of each day, we were made aware of the arrival time, scope of work and team that was scheduled to come in the following day. We selected vanities, vanity tops and sinks from the Urban Interior Design showroom, so were secure in knowing that these materials were in stock and available for our project. We were responsible for purchasing flooring, faucet fixtures, lighting, mirrors, cabinet knobs, and paint, and to ensure that these materials were available for Betty's team to install at each stage in the renovation. Betty's team arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up at the end of each day. We inspected the work at the end of each day, and other than a couple minor issues related to paint touch up (which were addressed promptly), we were very satisfied with all aspects of workmanship provided for our project. Thank you Betty!”

“We worked with George Wu on the design of our kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and front room. He provided excellent service, practical advice/design and prompt customer service. When one cabinet didn’t fit, he was able to get a smaller cabinet delivered immediately. His cabinets are also an upgrade from the KZ ones as they are finished on the bottom. Price was reasonable and it was easier to work with George compared to other KZ offices and cabinet makers. Highly recommend George.”
