Residents appreciate the refreshed gym and lounge areas, better upkeep of the pool, and the responsiveness of the front office and maintenance teams. Staff members are friendly and approachable, with particular praise for their quick communication and helpfulness. The property’s aesthetic and functional aspects have also been upgraded, contributing to a more pleasant community atmosphere. Conveniently located near public transit with Caltrain right across the street, residents enjoy easy access to San Francisco and SFO airport, and the neighborhood offers plenty of nearby amenities and activities. However, some challenges remain. External noise from CalTrain horns, trucks, jet flyovers, and nightlife on Murphy Street can disturb residents, although double-paned windows help reduce the sound. Units facing the courtyard tend to be quieter. Communication about apartment entry has improved but still causes frustration; residents wish for more precise scheduling and advance notice, especially for pet safety and planning purposes. Maintenance visits sometimes arrive later than expected, and scheduling inflexibility has been an issue. The hallways have also experienced increased odors following a neighboring resident’s move-out, impacting overall cleanliness. Amenities and common areas show room for improvement, with concerns about fire hazards due to damaged doors, elevator maintenance issues, and small, worn-out fitness facilities. Security concerns include package thefts and mailroom vulnerabilities, stemming from outdated mailboxes and accessible elevators. Despite these issues, residents value the ongoing efforts to enhance the community, the friendly staff, and the property's prime location, making Loft House Apartments a generally desirable place to live with room for continued improvement.

The maintenance crew at the Loft House was excellent. They quickly resolved my issue and were very polite and professional.

Recently moved in to Loft House and really glad I made the decision to lease here. Everything is kept very well maintained and clean, and two shout-outs to both Leo (in leasing) and Elijah (maintenance). Both are the friendliest guys to interact with and can't do enough for you. 100% assets to the apartments.
