“I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place truly deserves one. I recently moved in, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. Everything was handled within 24 hours, making the move-in experience quick and stress-free. The apartment was fresh, clean, and move-in ready, and I’m very happy with how everything turned out. While there is some construction happening next to the property, it hasn’t been disruptive at all. Work usually starts around 7:30 AM and finishes by about 3:30 PM, so it’s been very manageable.
A special thank you to Jon for making the move-in process so easy and efficient. I’d also like to thank the maintenance team, especially Manuel (if I have his name right) for being so helpful and welcoming. The management team has been incredibly responsive, the amenities are excellent, and overall I’ve had a wonderful experience so far. I’m really enjoying living here and would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a new home.”

“Stayed here for an internship. Very convenient, safe, and beautiful trees. The sunnyvale community ceneter which recently renovated is a very nice place to take your kids. 5 min walk away. Would stay here again.
Senada is a great manager. She tries her best to accommodate residents and is very polite. We felt we were treated as humans by a human as opposed to a profit focused corporate cold treatment we got all over other places in the states.”
“Just toured Loft House and had a great experience. Sean was awesome to work with and honestly made the tour. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured. Moving is a big decision, and he made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming. The property itself was beautiful, very well maintained, and in an awesome location right in Downtown Sunnyvale. I loved being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and everything nearby. The amenities looked great, the layouts felt spacious, and the community had a really nice overall vibe. I left genuinely impressed and Loft House is definitely near the top of my list because of both the property and the experience Sean provided.”
“I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Miramar Plaza Apartments, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. A woman in the office named Justine guided me through the tour, and her kindness and expertise truly stood out.
I walked in without an appointment, hoping to get a tour. Although there were no available units to tour at the time, Justine still took the time to walk me around the property. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to answer all my questions made the process smooth and enjoyable. She provided detailed information about the various amenities, apartment layouts, and community features, ensuring I had a comprehensive understanding of what Miramar Plaza has to offer.
The complex boasts a range of amenities, including a fitness center, a newly renovated clubhouse, a playground, and a cute picnic area, all of which Justine highlighted with enthusiasm.
What really stood out was Justine's thorough knowledge of the property and her genuine passion for the community. She was able to provide insights into the neighborhood, local attractions, and even gave tips on the best nearby restaurants and shops. Her dedication to ensuring prospective tenants feel informed and comfortable is evident, and it significantly enhanced my visit.”
“Steven at the reception desk was wonderfully helpful. We’d stayed at the complex last year and had forgotten to update our delivery address. He was able to swiftly and very efficiently solve our problem and help us avoiding some sentimentally important deliveries! Thank you team!”
“The staff is also very helpful in resolving any apartment maintenance issues, especially those related to common house areas.
Recently, I lost my keys for the gym and mailbox. Despite a detailed and frantic search, we couldn't find them. I submitted a request through the app, reporting the lost keys. The next day, Maria Magana from the staff team arrived with the key I had lost. That truly made my day, as the keychain was special to me. I've seen multiple positive reviews about her, and she definitely deserves a raise or a bonus.

“I moved into Savoy over the summer and this review is way over due. The leasing team created such a smooth process for move in. I love all of the amenities and they’re taken care of really well compared to my previous complex. I also appreciate that management is now enforcing parking rules and trash rules. The hallways are much cleaner and there’s more parking availability. Overall I recommend this place to live! Great location too.”
“I havent lived here. However, I had paid advance and couldn’t move-in. I highly appreciate the staff and they were really helpful. They couldn’t handover the flat on-time because of the maintenance guys, but they ensured i got back my refund. The reception staff was extremely helpful and were always approachable.”

They’ve now introduced a $3 fee for guest parking—charged every single time a guest visits, even for just an hour. It’s completely unreasonable.
Not to mention the hassle and time wasted in purchasing a permit each time.”
