“The shopping experience was pretty good here. We came on the thanksgiving weekend and the staff member Star and her manager Ruby helped us. Star was very nice and patient and walked us through different options of high and mid-end mattresses. We chose a Purple in the end because it fits our budget better and we had one in the past. Star got us a better deal compared to buying in the Purple official store. Overall pretty good experience and will wait for the delivery to come in.”

“We had a very positive experience with our new mattress purchase from this store. Our family needed to upgrade our mattress. Jun was a true professional here helping us try out different mattresses. He was easy to communicate with during the whole process and was quite knowledgeable about different products. We ended up choosing King size Temur-Pedic that worked out great for us. They gave us the option of reserving a mattress first and then changing our order after to a different product. Also was able to get guidance on a new pillow and mattress protector as well. I can’t say enough great things about our experience with George at the Los Altos Mattress Firm. We came in on Black Friday and he absolutely went above and beyond to help us find the perfect mattress and adjustable bed frame. He was incredibly friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and easy-going the entire time — even when we were literally jumping on a bunch of mattresses in the store trying to figure out what felt right! ?
George took the time to walk us through every option, explain the differences, and make sure we made the right decision for our comfort and sleep needs. On top of that, he hooked us up with a fantastic discount beyond the Black Friday promotion, which made the deal even sweeter.
Customer service like this is rare. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping you sleep better — ask for George. He turned what could’ve been a stressful shopping trip into a fun and easy experience. Highly recommended!”

Rubin was super helpful and took time to educate us and helped narrow down our choices to the one bed we liked . Not high pressure sale etc so that was nice . She went thru the different styles, variations, gave great insight on bedding and pillow storage and was able to answer all our questions and concerns. She mapped out for us on paper the spacing of our room size and the different wall bed configurations given we had concerns with the small room and the spacing. I highly recommend you make an appointment with Daniela if you’re shopping for a wall bed.
