“My wife said it was time for a new mattress because our old one was 20 years old, although it seemed alright to me. She wrote down directions for a place called "Beds & Mattress" and I got lost driving around looking for it, but stumbled on this place at Ste. 70. Joseph was the "Sleep Expert" who helped us. Joseph has that kind of knowledge of the products that you hope to find when you're shopping for something you know little or nothing about. We had unknowingly picked the Black Friday sales window to shop for a mattress, and Joseph was able to give us a really nice price. Especially helpful was his knowledge of the different features, the availability, and return policies; he also helped with the delivery and setup options, and checked that we didn't need anything else such as a frame, sheets, mattress cover, or pillows. It was a really top notch experience, and the delivery and setup on the next day was perfect. We chose the new version of our old mattress, a Sealy mattress, and it's very comfortable, like sleeping on clouds.”

“The shopping experience was pretty good here. We came on the thanksgiving weekend and the staff member Star and her manager Ruby helped us. Star was very nice and patient and walked us through different options of high and mid-end mattresses. We chose a Purple in the end because it fits our budget better and we had one in the past. Star got us a better deal compared to buying in the Purple official store. Overall pretty good experience and will wait for the delivery to come in.”

She went thru the different styles, variations, gave great insight on bedding and pillow storage and was able to answer all our questions and concerns. She mapped out for us on paper the spacing of our room size and the different wall bed configurations given we had concerns with the small room and the spacing. I highly recommend you make an appointment with Daniela if you’re shopping for a wall bed.

“We had a pleasant and efficient experience in their showroom with Duy. The showroom is well laid out and we confirmed the couch we wanted after the first visit. He mailed out fabric samples because we live far from the showroom. Duy was communicative via email and text, and we are looking forward to receiving the couch soon.”
