Very professional. They pulled out my file in few minutes after they called me and had me seated to wait for a banker for my case to release a block on my credit card. Although the waiting time is a bit long because of fewer bankers on site, still a good experience.

I felt pressure when seeing those negative comments, but my experience was very positive. I’ve visited there twice. The lady in the lobby has been very friendly and professional. She helped me out very efficiently both of the times, great customer service!
