I got a gorgeous sit/stand desk, monitor arms, and locking pedestal drawers that would have cost way more anywhere else (even on Craigslist). The showroom has plenty of lovely office setups to choose from that look brand new but are at discounted prices. The staff are responsive, friendly, and helpful. This place is great!”

“With the advent of docusign and other paperless methods, we barely use printers anymore. But being in the finance industry there are times we need a document to be wet signed. Last friday evening I was printing a few pages and then the print became illegible. Granted my ink lasted a year was already an amazing feat. So saturday morning I went to a big box store that requires membership to get them refilled. Turns out they do not offer that service anymore. Called a few places and nobody in the bay area refills ink anymore. I immediately went online to buy a replacement but thought about the environment as I have about 3 sets of cartridges that I rotate between refilling. I have searched and found that catridge express refills them and paid $38 for my high yield black and color cartridges. Remember, after installation you may have to run the printer cleaning mode as I did. Printed my documents and they look original with no missing lines. Thanks for giving a new life these inkjet catridges and not ending up in a landfill.”

On top of being a local family business to support, their prices were the most fair, and their customer service, after service, technical issues, ordering replacement product, as well as their trusty rep DEVON are all top notch. Upon many competitions and phone calls I wasn't too interested in, Devon showed up to my actual office looking clean and fresh. I wasn't too keen on thinking potential loitering, but his presentation slowly sold me over and his trustworthy demeanor made me feel I can rely on him. And am I glad I listened to my gut instinct! Devon always went above and beyond for ALL my needs and questions with instant responses, and was eager to help and solve everything. Any technical issues we had, he team-viewed and solved. Any questions, he answered via text and phone.
