We came on a Monday night half an hour before closing time but they still went out of their way to help us find a better deal and even helped us carry heavy boxes of printer paper to the car, and were very kind about it the whole time. We will come here for supplies in the future as well!”

“I had a great experience at Bay 2 Bay Office Solutions. I initially felt a little bad since I arrived about 30 minutes before closing (I just expected to take a quick look and maybe come back another day) but the staff was incredibly patient, welcoming, and helpful. They took the time to show me their inventory, answered all my questions, and never pressured me to make a purchase.
Even with other customers in the store, I noticed everyone was helped in a friendly and attentive way.
I was planning to visit other used office furniture places, but the combination of great pricing, good inventory, and excellent customer service made me want to give Bay 2 Bay my business.
They also offered to help load my purchases, which I really appreciated.

Overall, a very positive experience I know I'd come back should I need anything else and a place I would happily recommend. Shout out to Johnathan (if I remember correctly, bad with names.) thanks for your help!”

“I walked in looking for an office chair that would bring comfort and protect my health while working. Cody gave me a wide range of choices and never tried to upsell me anything or get pushy. He paid attention to how I sat and how the chairs fit, he made adjustments, and he showed a level of expertise I didn’t know existed for chairs. I ended up spending about 8x more than I expected to, and I’m 100% happy with the purchase. I invested in my health and comfort the easy way (not through back surgery later in).

edit: Update after 2 months with this chair, the pain I was experiencing for for several months prior in my upper back has been completely eliminated. The Lifeform chair is crazy good.”

If you have a deadline, arrive when they open. The store is normally busy so please exercise patience if you shop or require copy/print services after 10AM. “Fremont Rubber Stamp Company is the friendliest and most responsive stamp manufacturer I’ve worked with! They produce high quality work, at a fair price with next day service. I used another manufacturer in the past but sadly they closed the business a few
years ago. I needed an updated version of a self-inking rubber stamp and found Fremont Rubber Stamp through a Google search. I called and explained what I was looking for. “Highly recommend checking out this store if you've recently moved to the Bay Area and are looking to buy furniture for your new home. The owner was very helpful and I was able to get several pieces of living room furniture for a great price. “The ONLY place I buy my printer's replacement ink carts. They always have my old HP carts and newer printers too. Top feature: their prices are at least 25-33% less than computer stores. The only (minor) complaint is the parking lot fills up quickly. Great business that I highly recommend.”

“Keep in mind There is no official truck parking nearby (Lowe’s parking lot is a good alternative) check in was easy they gave me a door right away. you leave the paper work in the back of the trailer. The unloading was fairly quick. In and out in about 1.5 hours depending on the time you arrive. Also port-a-potty in corner of the lot”
