“I needed to have a new radiator installed in an older Honda Odyssey and remembered I'd had a friend who always took her Honda to Hondacraft. So I went to see if they could do the job, get a cost estimate, and, perhaps, receive some advice. Upon my arrival, Vi, the owner of Hondacraft, welcomed me as a potential customer, recommended that I buy a radiator on the Internet and quoted me a very competitive price for just the installation work. This turned out to be a really cost-effective way to go. I ordered the radiator (a CSF 2604 from CarParts.com). Meanwhile, I studied various YouTube videos showing how to perform this particular installation and concluded it wouldn't be wise to attempt the job myself. So, the morning after my new part arrived, Vi did the installation for me immediately. Everything was as we had discussed and there were no surprises. This lifted a big worry off of my shoulders and I couldn't have been happier. Vi had warned me that if I didn't replace the radiator as soon as possible, the overheating resulting from failure of the original radiator could cause other components to fail, leading to a need for much more expensive repairs. So, I was grateful he was able to steer me in the right direction and complete the install so promptly. For me, the bottom line is that I wouldn't hesitate to go to Hondacraft in the future, and I recommend it to anyone else who's looking for good value and prompt, knowledgeable, competent service!”
“Had my S60 for a brake pad and rotor replacement, excellent work by Linda and Mike. They did go over in detail on what the issues were and suggested fixes. Excellent option if you want to avoid the overpriced showroom costs. I personally felt the labor charges were a bit expensive, other than that it was great experience.
