“Brought my 2018 Ram Promaster that was slipping in 3rd and also had trouble reversing. I told Do the codes from the car that were pulled and he knew exactly what they were and the issues. He quoted me a price based on the codes and took time to diagnose it further. He didnt try to upsell me on anything and he is very honest. He also checked a few other things I asked about later on like checking the CV axles and also removed a speed limiter for me. He also kept me updated with the progress throughout the week.

New Post -- May, 2026 -- It takes a mature and humble man to admit a mistake and be willing to resolve it, even though it cost him some money out of his own pocket. In my recent need for repairs to my car, I showed up at Ali’s shop since he had worked on my car over the past three years. But this time, his advice turned out to be incorrect. To fix it, I had to take my car elsewhere to correct a problem, despite being under his warranty. However, when I returned to his shop to show him the repairs that I had done and why his method had not worked, he offered to reimburse me PLUS add some additional services at no cost to me. Ali showed me, once again, that he is an honest mechanic and even willing to provide support when he messes up. I know that you can trust him to treat you fairly as well. And, yes, I will be giving him many more opportunities to prove that he is one of the better auto mechanics in the city!”

I was having problems with my equinox I had took it to another place to see what was going on and they said my transmission is shot and my car is not gonna be worth fixing to might as well get a new one.. so something told me I need to get another opinion so I found this place.. Mike was amazing so is the mechanics that work there.. he checked my car out and he found the problem it was an ez fix and the prices were more than fair .. I’m so glad I didn’t junk a good car because of lazy mechanics that didn’t want to take the time to actually look at my car.. glad I found this place I totally recommend it!
