“I got an appointment to take my 2013 hybrid Prius in for a diagnosis. It displayed symptoms that made me feel sure the hybrid battery was failing, and it being 10 years old, that didn't surprise me. I was fretting that I would have to come up with the big bucks to replace the hybrid battery. Everything I looked at on the internet told me that it would cost around $5000. I agreed to pay the small fee for the diagnostic test that would pinpoint the problem. Fifteen minutes later, I got the news that it wasn't my car's hybrid battery at all, but the regular battery! Yes! A huge sigh of relief. It would cost a fraction of a fraction of what a hybrid battery would cost! They went ahead and replaced the battery and gave me a bill for the cost of the battery, taking off the initial diagnostic fee. Plus tax. That's it! Thank you guys! I will be returning whenever I need car care and I will recommend your business to my friends and whoever reads this. As an almost-70 yr old woman, alone, I appreciate your kindness, professionalism, promptness and generosity. Merry Christmas to you too!”

“This is my second visit to Han Kook Tires today. I usually don't spend time writing a second review to a business establishment but I'm compelled to do so for Han Kook Tires. Why? Because of their excellent customer service that they have provided to me for two consecutive visits.I found a nail in my rear tire today, and Owen (I think that is the name of the gentleman who helped me) quickly attended to me though he's busy enough. He explained that the nail punctured closed to the wall of the tire and may not be repairable. Having said that, he still gave it a try to repair and it was successful. All this is done within 20 minutes if not sooner. Not only he repaired my tire, he inspected the other 3 and gave me some suggestions to replace the front two worn tires as well, without making any sales pitch to purchase the tires from them. I am beyond happy and I can honestly say that, as long as I live in this area (which I have moved to 10 years ago), I will not go anywhere else for tire service except Han Kook Tires.Owen, you have done a fantastic job to impress a customer like me today. I'm not sure if you are the owner of this tire shop but if you are, your excellent service makes you stand out from the crowd. Thank you, thank you, and thank you!!!!!! 매우 감사합니다!”

“This is the place to go, the guy knows his stuff and is super kind. This is a long over due review but I'm in awe of the quality of work. In January 2018, he did a transmission rebuild on my 2005 Toyota corolla. He knew exactly what light was on and what it meant. He did such a great job that when I went to have the car serviced at Toyota for something else they asked me if I had installed a new engine!! They said the undercarriage was super clean. I’ve since gave the car to my mother and she is still currently driving it in 2024 with no problems ever with the transmission!
