Staff here were super helpful sorting out a package issue when my street address was entered incorrectly in the system! Would be great if this location could add a bike rack for cyclists to safely store their bikes when visiting.

Came here for fingerprinting. The machine was extremely frustrating and after more than an hour of trying, it still didn’t work. That said, the staff were incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the whole process. He did everything he could to help and remained professional despite the equipment issues.

Workers are friendly, but very slow queue due to lack of staff. Had to dropoff a package with prepaid label (1 min transaction) but there was only 1 worker helping out, so took 25 min. Place is clean. Parking is reasonable
