He meticulously takes care of small details and thoroughly explains the process he is working on, providing excellent interaction with the customer. Canadian passport photos have very stringent requirements. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend this location, and Hai Le in particular, in order to get these pictures done properly. “I’ve been renting a PO Box here for the last 2 or so years now, and have never had a problem. This shop has PO boxes of many sizes available at affordable rate, and they also do shipping for all major US carriers. The best part about it renting a box from here is the optional 24 hour access feature. The owner is also very nice and helpful. Highly recommend to come here instead of USPS.”
“My review is based on my experience using this location for the past 3 months to handle delivery of a lot of packages while I was out of town.
They handled my packages well for the weeks I was away and notified me when they arrived. I'm talking primarily Amazon and UPS deliveries, from small sizes up to large, big box parcels. The prices were reasonable for the area, and the location convenient. I will be using PostNet again in the future for my mailbox needs.
A few notes about the mailbox rentals:
- There are different sizes to choose from. Talk to the owner and explain what you need, and he will guide you to which one you should rent.
- It's a 3-month minimum plus a $15 processing fee.
- You have to sign a fair amount of paperwork because you're actually getting a US postal address, and these have to be filed with the USPS. They handle this, but you review and sign. It will take some time, so if you are signing up, it's not a run in and run out process.
Also of note are the business hours, which are structured a bit differently, so please keep that in mind. This means you can't expect them to accept packages during off hours, and you may need to update your delivery preferences to reflect that.
I've read some of the negative reviews, and they all seem to be about passport photos. Because each PostNet is individually owned, you're not completely dealing with a big conglomerate. You are dealing with a small business owner who is no-frills, no-nonsense, and practical. Remember, they are passport photos, not glamour shots. So show up looking the way you want to look that will pass the passport requirements; otherwise, hire a pro photographer and pay pro photographer prices.
And speaking as a former pro photographer, you're looking at over $250 for a mug-style headshot that is well-lit, up to your standards, and shot with professional lighting and a professional camera. So be reasonable.”

“Seems to me that the independent postal services are doing a great job. USPS had a monopoly on the delivery of packages. Now with common carriers it forces all the carriers to deliver.
The people here are very friendly and know their stuff. A reasonable selection of shipping supplies makes this place enjoyable instead of being a nightmare. The manager is a fun person and treats everyone the same way.”

I needed to pick up an important FedEx document using the only ID I have — my passport — and was unfortunately turned away the first time. Since I had to deliver the document the very next day, I returned to this location on the following day and was assisted by Amrit.
She was patient and kind, walked me through the process and helped me successfully retrieve the document so I could deliver it on time. Truly professional and compassionate service!”

They are always kind, patient, respectful, and genuinely willing to go out of their way to help customers.
